There was a bar/restaurant to the side of the building we were in, and there was a rubbish collection of the leftover glasses from this establishment collected every morning around 5.30am which is not ideal.

The penthouse itself is very luxurious and spacious. We had ample room for all of our guests and it was very easy to get to the location itself as well as get into the building/penthouse. It was brilliant to have different areas for relaxing in as well. The location is excellent, a very close walk to all major amenities.

Not really consistent with the last time I stayed Didn’t bring milk as last time this was provided however this time there wasn’t any but not a big issue as there is a shop close by. No toilet roll and the toilet wasn’t unlocked, not big issues but given the price paid you’d expect this to be done really. I’ve stayed here before in apartment 10 which was lovely, this room (5) just wasn’t the same standard or as nice in my opinion despite the rooms costing the same amount of money so it was a bit disappointing as I’d booked this as a birthday present. But again no major issues really.

Staff were lovely - didn’t have toilet roll or the bottom floor toilet unlocked when we arrived but the staff were helpful when I called up. The rooms are lovely and finished to a high standard Really good location

Green emergency lighting in bedrooms did make it difficult to sleep, everyone mentioned this after the first night. Need to be dimmer or in the hallway. No washing up/cleaning equipment. Had to go and buy cloths, washing liquid, ect.

The apartment was incredible, more than we could have asked for for our girls weekend!!! Everywhere was clean and looked after. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, ect. Location was fab, short walk into the city. Easy to gain access, loved having a code rather than a physical key as this made it easier for the group to split.

3 of the 4 rooms have bright green emergency lights which lite the room up when trying to sleep- sleep masks were needed but it wasn’t a problem using these.

Amazing apartment over 3 floors! We had a group of 12 people so was perfect. Great location in the centre of Liverpool. Great facilities, everything we needed was there. Had the most amazing time celebrating my hen do. The staff were extremely responsive over instant message. Thank you again!

The sinks in all the bathrooms were so tiny and you had to be careful when turning the taps on as the water would rush out onto the floor. There was no aircon but appreciate this is a listed building. The fan in main bathroom wasn't working. No hooks to hang towels in either bathroom which is a bug bear of mine. 'City Noise' kept one of the guests awake but you can't escape it in a city. The two sofa's were modular and not terribly comfortable because they separate in the middle.

The location was great, the space was amazing, I was truly gobsmacked by the size and really liked the separation between bedroom and living area for three of us. Two bathrooms and 3 toilets is great when you have multiple guests. When you enter the main building there is a lift to all floors, but it was tiny so we preferred the stairs. Check-in was super easy but we weren't given check-out details so did what we've done in other apartments, left it spotless. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and a Sainsburys very close by. Moose coffee house is just around the corner which does amazing breakfasts but if you prefer to cook the kitchen has everything you need. We had a Nespresso but no pods and non were provided so bring your own.

We couldn't get access until after 4pm because they were still cleaning the place. It's located above or near a bar so we could hear music until 11pm to 12am, so not ideal

Only 2 tumbler glasses provided for drinks. Only me and husband stayed but would have been useful to have nicer glasses for champagne.

Not a dislike. We had no bath towels. But were provided with them as soon as I made them aware. WiFi is poor in living area and when you have kids with you the kids whinge when no internet. Smart TV would not connect either. Works fine in bedroom downstairs though.

Location is excellent. Close to everything. Very clean. Very surprised by property in a good way. Would definitely stay here again. Liverpool surprised me, again, in a very good way

We had a lovely big apartment for our stay. The kids were blown away running around going wow. The location is cool right in the center of Liverpool. We could even see one of the Liverbirds on top of the Liverbuilding from one of the rooms. Having a code to enter the building and the apartment was a real bonus.

We noticed one bed was broken after getting in it on the night so called to discuss the following morning and staff were a bit rude saying we should of reported it immediately but we obviously hadn’t noticed it on check in, they sent a maintenance person while we were out and it was fixed on our return. Bright emergency lighting in every room was annoying when trying to sleep and the bins being emptied in the main street at 5am each morning woke us up.

Good location, easy to access, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, good layout at a reasonable price. Just recommend checking the apartment on arrival for damage and notifying straight away as it’s a hefty fee they hold on your card.
