It was all fab! Maybe could do with a socket near a mirror for hair straighteners but that's all. Wonderful stay, my teen daughter said she wants her house like this one day!

Just be aware that the bonus of being near the airport can mean aeroplane noise every now and then.

Just brilliant, loved everything about this place. The electric charger was an extra bonus! Bathroom and shower were wonderful

I can’t think of anything!

The apartment was bright, beautiful and clean, and host, Caroline, was very helpful and went above and beyond. We had our two young kids with us so breakfast bits left for us for the morning was incredibly thoughtful - as was the little surprise for my 4 year old for his birthday. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Every part of the property is absolutely amazing, finished to perfection, Caroline certainly has a interior design eye. Decorated to a high standard, clean and fresh smelt amazing, even down to the fluffy towels. Great location easy to get to where we needed to , city Center, beach, restaurants. Felt secure, and so quiet, the best nights sleep we’ve had in a while.dogs were very welcome, and our welcome with Caroline felt very warm and inviting, communicating with us throughout. We couldn’t have asked for more…. I would have stayed forever if Caroline would let me! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We liked everything about the property. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay with our doggos, we even extended our stay by a couple of days. Our hosts were fantastic and so helpful. We will definitely be coming back

Nothing. Everything was really lovely.

The pictures of this property don't do it justice. It is such a beautiful place to stay. Exceptionally clean. Everything is modern and newly decorated. The host was lovely and made us feel so welcome. She even left us some fresh bread, butter and jam on arrival. As a family we prefer to stay in an apartment style place when away. This is by far the nicest that we have stayed in.

The Pelican room is a hidden gem, we chanced upon it by accident when we had to reorganise our plans to visit family because we had to take our 2 dogs which are allowed at the Pelican Room. It’s located in the countryside but within a short driving distance to Norwich city centre and the Norfolk coast. The property itself can only be described as amazing, the hosts have thought of every little detail so much so that it wouldn’t go amiss in the best of home magazines. The deco was beautiful, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential equipment. The bathroom was stunning and the bed was so comfortable. I can’t think of enough words to describe this property, it’s just amazing. The host was so friendly and welcoming and left us with fresh bread, butter, ham and milk with a good stock of filter coffee tea and sugar. We will definitely book again when we visit our family xx

Love it's all on one level. Spacious lounge, comfortable bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Dog friendly and large garden area for exercising. Great host too

There is absolutely nothing not to like

The host that greeted us was lovely, she showed us around and then left us to it. Set off the main road, the property was set in the owners garden accessible via electric gates. Such a lovely clean, warm cosy property. The bed was extremely comfortable and a great shower room. All in all we had an excellent stay. The bread, butter and milk were a lovely touch.

Really good communication before arrival from owner. The owner Caroline met us on arrival and showed us around the property and told us how to contact her if any problems, she also gave suggestions on good places to walk the dog. Lovely welcome pack containing, bread butter, milk and biscuits. Property very comfortable and clean. Great local pub serving good food within walking distance. Property and pub dog friendly.

Everything was lovely and a lot of thought had gone in to the property. One minor issue - I personally would have loved a Mirror close to a Socket but otherwise all beautiful.

Loved the property!! Nothing we didn’t like.

Fabulous weekend staying at the Pelican cart lodge. The host was there to greet us which was nice. Fresh brownies for my sons 16th birthday, along with balloons and banners on arrival. Such a lovely, kind thing to do. Looking forward to our next stay. ❤️ Mr & Mrs Froggatt

Leaving!

Everything! Caroline's attention to detail is second to none. I have stayed in many apartments throughout the UK and Channel Islands through my work. This is without doubt one of the best I've had the pleasure to stay in. My advice would be, if it is available, book it! You won't be disappointed. I'm back in Norwich in three weeks and I am going to bring my wife, as I know she will love it too. Thank you Caroline, Amazing 👏
