We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It’s a nice place attached to a restaurant, and not too far from the centre that walking in is inconvenient.

United KingdomJust an observation - need to replace the broken bedside lampshade that was all cracked (106) . The shower was lacking a bit of light and a little dark like a cave, and there was no towel hook near the shower so had to put towel on top of toilet or on the floor. If floor got wet was a bit slippy but floor mat provided. Other towels were hidden away in a drawer (But does say that in the book). Did hear noise from other guests late at night (but not hotels fault). Outer Door handle was a bit loose and door was like at home had to lock with key or thumb turn so others could not enter our room.
Great location very central and easy to get to the town center with the Shops, Restaurants and Bars. Only a very short easy walk. Good parking (& let us park earlier than check in) so went into Town first. Nice Room, Provided Tea, Coffee, and water. Air Con in the room. Had table and two chairs. Was comfortable in the room. Slept quite well.

United KingdomA few maintenance issues that could have been easy fixes. They weren’t big issues that would put me off returning but also should have already been sorted. Such as curtain pole slightly hanging off of wall and door handle on toilet door slightly loose. Dirty marks on upholstery of what the hotel describe as a love chair.
The room looked absolutely stunning and had a great sized bed and lovely decor. Great fan and good sized tv.

United KingdomThe bathroom was all tiled and made walking on the floor quite hazardous. No slip mat in shower . It was clean but the room furniture was a bit tired and wall drobe smell unpleasant . Breakfast was served in the room no option and limited to eggs cereals and toast or croissant . These were fine but a bit of bacon would’ve been nice

United KingdomThe neighbours were loud at times but this is nothing against the hotel. This is me really nitpicking but all the buttons on my TV remote were faded so I didn’t know which button was which, although you can make still make good guesses on what they are.
The location is great, near the station but also pretty quiet. Staff were also super friendly.

United KingdomThe location is not great, but it would not stop me staying again. the turkish restaurant attached to the hotel was very authentic and the food was better that i have eaten in Turkey! however the waiting staff were not good, it seemed the patrons were more of an inconvenience to their social chatting! unfortunate really!
Very friendly staff very professional, hotel is spacious and clean will all amenities I required. I will stay here again and look forward to the experience again.
