I would not choose this room again just because the stairway up was a little hard going , the hotel room was also on a couple of different floor levels and although we were informed of this , I had to leave a light on in the room all night to remember about the steps.

Fantastic location with ample parking. Professional and friendly staff. Lovely boutique style hotel. We had the room inside the loft space , the room was lovely, spacious, clean, white fluffy towels , nice big shower .

Check in was from 2pm - Reception staff, although very pleasant and helpful, were not available on either check in or check out. I had driven for 3 hours…arrived in need of the loo and a cup of tea at 2:10pm and was told to take a seat (whilst a girl took a call on loudspeaker) I sat for fifteen minutes before the receptionist came. This didn’t create the best first impression.

Friendly staff, and when they had not seen us during the day they called to check, we were ok exceptional service and thoughtful. The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean and nothing was too much trouble. Good value for money we will be back.

Wardrobe very narrow with miss match coat hangers. Walls were very thin so could hear everything going on next door and down the corridor.

Rooms were clean and modern. Has everything you need. With a nice walk 10 mins away from shops, clubs and restaurants.

Modern clean room but loft room with v small doors . Nice to have breakfast delivered to room. Helpful staff Pretty close to rail station...4 min taxi ride.

The city itself is not the best in UK. Considering the level of the city the hotel could be considered as good.

Would have preferred a bigger breakfast but nice touch ordering the night before and having it brought to your room in the morning. Food was good. Turkish restaurant next door was nice for dinner!

There was delay with breakfast and it wasn't a great breakfast either. Omlette with cheese was plain but being on the budget you can't expect 5 star food. Overall happy with the stay.

Room was small but very cosy and bed super comfy. The receptionist was super helpful and very kind.

The attic rooms don’t really work, the tiny doors; the sloping ceiling, steps into the bathroom. I can’t count how many times we hit our head, I can’t imagine it with alcohol or someone tall. Someone will get seriously hurt There was no light to do makeup and there was no blind on the velux window, the road was noisy too No vegan breakfast despite website saying they do. No herbal teas.

The staff were truly exceptional, polite, friendly and constantly going the extra mile. They are such a credit to this hotel Comfortable bed; fresh flowers, lovely room for great value. Cute-looking room with nice LEDs

Bed was really hard and not enough sugar and milk in the room

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room 212 was quirky.....we loved how unique it was. Breakfast was so good too!!!!

Toiletries could be better in the bathroom to qualify for the 4 start rating. Lighting was poor in the bathroom. Breakfast served in the bedroom was OK, but access to the restaurant for breakfast may have been better and more convenient.

A lovely big room, large comfortable bed, two attractive and relaxing chairs. It had the benefit of air conditioning. The restaurant with easy access from the hotel served tasty evening meals. Staff were all very friendly and the room was clean.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, parking was easy and the room very clean. We were visiting family so the location was ideal.
