Shower was a little bit weak and it was a little difficult to wash soap off of yourself but it was fine.

Location was excellent and the staff where very nice and helpful. Reception was very nicely decorated and welcoming.

No night light so had to leave bathroom light on all night so I didn’t stub my toe on the bed base. No shaver socket but staff did get what they thought was right adapter but it was too small

Only hanging area was the hook on the back of the door but thats fine as I was only staying 1 night.

Friendly staff, comfortable room/bed, excellant breakfast in room for the price. Excellant location within minutes to the city centre. First time I had a room on the ground floor and barely any noise even though hotel was full (was decent as it was a Saturday night).

A lot of steps to the floor, then a few more steps to the room. Tired decor, but that's very minor and won't stop me from coming back.

Excellent location for my business trip. Also walking distance to town centre with parking and restaurant onsite. My room was quiet with a large shower room. The decor is tired but the best rooms are currently being refurbished. I am a returning client and will return again.

My only niggles were that the bed was too close to a "pillar" and that the toilet roll holder was so close to the toilet that it was impossible to sit on it straight. Nothing to be worried about, though, unless your mobility is a bit restricted.

Very friendly and comfortable. The boho decor is fun and the "breakfast in bed" is a great idea. The Turkish and Moroccan restaurant in the same building is handy and absolutely marvellous.

Only minor issue was shower pressure, while usable wasn’t as good as could be.

Well furnished room, comfortable bed, desk, chairs, table brilliant for space with high ceilings, huge bath/shower room and room controlled air conditioning Very clean and comfortable also beautiful furnishings and seated areas in communal halls and landings. Excellent value breakfast in room, delivered exactly on time. Very friendly helpful staff.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, mattress could have been of higher quality. Only provide with one hand towel and one bath towel, then to bed informed more were located in a drawer in the bathroom. Our view from our room was thrown out panels. Surely, disposal could have been more adequately done. .

We had no problems with the property apart from that slight smell. We ate at the adjoining Moroccan/Turkish restaurant and we were in unison in saying the food and service were excellent.

Very friendly welcome, room upgraded which was lovely but there was a slight smell to room no 201. Although we booked individually, we were a party of 3 couples and a toddler. We all had upgrades and were allowed a later departure as well.
