We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI can’t honestly find fault with this place , but if I had to say anything it would probably be lack of parking, it was not an issue for me as was dropped off and collected, but parking is such an issue in Blackpool with so few hotels having it
The Pearl is run by a lovely couple Ray and Amanda , they were very friendly nothing was too much trouble and so hard working, they never stop from the delicious home cooked breakfast to the late bar , but still always smiling, the rooms were good size and very comfortable beds and pillows, considering our room was road facing it wasn’t noisy at all, kettle was provided in the room with tea coffee and milk sugar etc, bathroom was small but we had all we needed lovely fluffy white towels and good shower pressure piping hot water constantly, the only thing that did surprise me was the price , it was so reasonable and yet they still had vacancies which was sad, ideal location, 5 minutes walk into the main town centre, but far enough away to still be peaceful, we would definitely stay here again thankyou both so much

Despite being close to all the main attractions (about a 10 minute walk from the tower) the street was quiet - thankfully, as we have 2 young children. In the morning we had breakfast which was delicious!

Hotel was lovely and very central to everything this is a very good location if you want to be in the heart of Blackpool but you want a quiet street to stay on. Ray is a wonderful host. Room was perfect for me and my daughter's. Our room and ensuite was sparkling clean as is the rest of the hotel. Bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast is outstanding and the bar is reasonably priced which is great. Ray even made my daughter some birthday toast with a candle which she loved. It's Clear Ray is passionate about this hotel and will go above and beyond for his guests. Overall the pearl hotel is a must visit and we cannot wait to return next year.
