We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomOnly a minor thing but it would be nice to choose breakfast rather than it just being served , but what we had was lovely.
The hosts were exceptional. Mike and Moira greeted us and looked after us and were so lovely. The location is perfect for beautiful Sands Bay and great not to be in the main area of Weston. Spotlessly clean.

We loved staying at Mike and Maura's B&B. We stayed for 2 nights in the double deluxe room. This is a lovely traditional B&B so was right up our street. There was a little pub behind the B&B. A 10 minutes down the road is a very quiet beach and South Sands hotel that has a lovely restaurant with brilliant sea food dishes. We used the B&B as a base visiting Weston Super Mare, Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury. We loved breakfast and both Mike and Maura made sure we were well catered for. Overall we would visit again!

GermanyIt was a very warm welcome. Because we had a long traveling day behind us, a little bread and cheese was prepared for us which safed our evening for a good sleep. The breakfast was gorgeous so we we were able to continue our journey. Thank you for everything. Also for the interesting storys (about Sandycove etc).
