The bed was very squeaky! We couldn't watch TV in bed due to the room layout. Apart from that, it was great. Thank you.

I like the facilities in the room. The swimming pool was great and we enjoyed using the steam room, The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the wooden key cards. My husband appreciated the prosecco that was left in our room to celebrate his birthday. Thanks you.

Ask for a room on the 1st floor if you want to be able to open the windows, otherwise you will have to rely on air conditioning.

Close to different transport options (metro, bus), restaurants, and cafes. Well equipped room (kitchenette with all the necessary features), good curtains (for quality sleep), comfortable beds. The swimming pool and steam room were a nice extra. VERY nice staff.

Great location where it is right next to tube station and several coffee shops , pubs and breakfast options but far enough from excessive traffic and tourist areas. The highlight however are the facilities like the club area and lobby. So many cost areas to hang out , especially if visiting with several friends. It feels like you are hanging out in your living room if you had a fancy home that was professionally decorated in a classy way. Wonderful place and location . We will definitely stay were again. The staff is always very helpful and all of them deserve to be commended for excellent customer service. Always helpful and will let you check in early if a room is available. If not available then they give you an access card to use the club facilities downstairs where you can shower and freshen up or use the gym or hang out .

I was travelling with my three year old daughter and couldn’t use pool. Only having a kids ‘slot’ mid afternoon seriously penalises single parents. If it has to be an allocated time then first thing in the morning would make so much more sense. But also 3 yr olds float around with armbands or rings on - under 5s could be anytime.

You need to be much clearer what and what not is included in the breakfast. I even asked you and you ticked me off the list of “breakfast included” and then I ended up paying 52 Pounds… you gave me then 5 pounds back for the misunderstanding, that is a complete joke.

The hotel is very nice, pool area is lovely and very relaxing. The staff especially was super sweet and helpful. We felt super welcomed and they even left a little gift for my husband in the room as we were here for his birthday. Overall this was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place :)

My friend and I had a room with two twin beds, and my bed was sunken in the middle — not as comfortable as I had expected for the price and otherwise very nice accommodations.

The hotel is definitely upscale in many ways. The lower level lounge is very nice, and the spa is top notch. The room was very nicely done with little extras. The staff was professional and attentive.

Room divided by part open screen. Screen blocks view of tv from bed. Screen actually makes room cluttered and appears a smaller room. Self use laundry facility would be appreciated. Had to use grubby local laundry. Similar to luxury cruise ships offer.

2nd stay. Great facilities and very happy with small apartment facilities. Staff friendly. Great location near supermarket, shops, restaurants, Cafe and train station.

The bar of the hotel is very bad, the drinks aweful in taste and presentation, overpriced The mirror in the bathroom is absolutely useless for any girl applying makeup, they should add additional lights in the bathroom to sort this issue one can hear the shower-pump of the other rooms.

The location was exceptional, close to the tube and bus station. The staff was great and helpful The room very clean and beds comfy, the shower had lovely water pressure The room is fitted with pots and pans but could use an extra frying pan for breakfast
