I booked an Eaves room on the top floor so that I would have a view. Unfortunately the view was obscured by a horizontal hoarding occupying the lower third of the windows so that all I could see was sky and the tops of other buildings. This wasn't the view I was expecting. Fortunately, after complaining to staff, another room was found with a pleasant courtyard view but, as it was an upgrade, I was informed that I would incur an upgrade fee of £10 per night over the 21 nights of my stay. I thought charging an upgrade fee was petty especially as I was a long staying guest and was unaware that the top floor room had a very restricted view.

Staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient, location superb, 2mins walk from bus and tube, hotel new and magnicently decorated with many leisure areas. A beautiful, modern hotel.

The fact that they cleaned after 4 pm when I could be in the room and the negligence of some maids who left dirty rags on the bed / lack of towel apple.

The location was very good, 1 minute from the metro station and in an excellent area. Breakfast was ok in terms of quality/price ratio and very polite staff.

This is my new go-to hotel in London. Stylish, super clean, quiet, with added bonus of lovely pool, gym, bar etc. Plenty of staff to attend to every whim, all very polite and helpful. They even left a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my daughter who was turning 21. We didn't use kitchen facilities but useful in future and the sofa and footstool very comfy. Bed was also very big and comfortable, shower great. All facilities very clean and new. Pool area and changing room were immaculate. I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything was extraordinary. The attention to beautiful finish and detail was superlative. The staff were warm, welcoming, helpful and an absolute delight to deal with. Gorgeous rooms, amazing maximalist shared spaces. Ultra glam and wonderfully intuitive. Sensor and mood lighting to assist and highlight gilt ceilings, ultramodern tech, sumptuous linens and bathroom textiles, steam room and sauna, pool large enough to lap and warm enough to recline or wallow. Lounges, bars, restaurant, pop ups. World class gym, wellness and change area. So very much to compliment. And finally it was fun. Lovely fun. Full of quirks and discoveries. Fantastic location. Truly a home away from home. Bravo! The most fun place I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything! The room is comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean with a good sized kitchen with everything you need. Great location just around the corner from Gloucester Road tube station. Fabulous facilities, including the pool, sauna and little nooks to have a drink. Tasteful decor and the staff go above and beyond.

The only thing I’d say is I’m not a lover of the black dark walls, interior was too dark for my liking. The screen divider in the room I thought was unnecessary as it blocked the view of the tv whilst your in bed.

Loved the location. Quiet place no noise stunning interior in the bar and the pool was gorgeous.
