Didn't know that the second "B" in "B&B" did 'tninclude a traditional co9ked English breakfast.

Breakfast was Meusli, fruit juice and fruit left in the room and room fridge al9ng with fresh milk for tea and coffee.

I can’t think of anything, the light self served breakfast was fine for us.

Perhaps as Titleys staying in a house in Titley we were always going to love it, but from being contacted by Nicola ahead our stay, being greeted at the front door and just the understated gorgeousness of the room and facilities it was a wholly lovely experience.

The little bars of soap that you unwrap and use once are very last-century un-green, so I advocate for a liquid soap dispenser. And it's granola and greek yoghurt and a mini-fridge in room, for breakfast, in case you are a cooked brek addict.

The only thing you could hold against this delightful property is that the location might not suit everyone, since it's in nowhere in particular just shy of thew Welsh border. But wow for value I've seen nothing this good. Large room thoughtfully done; exceptional garden, country house grand, hardly any one around because it only has a small number of rooms, breakfast is done so you suit yourself in-room (suits me completely). Next to no traffic noise. Stunning countryside.

Lighting in room, would benefit from LED bulbs, low energy and brighter.

The cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and homemade cake, made our day energised for the day’s walking. Very convenient to the Mortimer Trail. Beds were extremely comfortable, and free standing bath with Epsom salts was a delight for Julie.

Nothing really my wife was happy with the fruit/yoghurt left in the room for breakfast, nothing fancy but it did the job.

The property has so much character inside and outside. Nicola the owner was very welcoming, the room was ideal for us with two large windows looking out over the amazing garden. For us the bed was comfortable and a great nights sleep.

Nothing to fault, everything was exceptional.

Extremely comfortable, large room with great amenities. Nicola, our host, provided daily snacks and drinks in the room and recommendations on things to do and where to visit. Very quiet location. Close to Hay on Wye for a little town visit.

We were initially disappointed at being advised breakfast was only muesli and yogurt in the room rather than a cooked breakfast but in fact it was such a lovely room and also included fruit, banana bread, local apple juice, excellent coffee and a nice chocolate biscuit! The mattress was also the best I've ever slept on. Nicola was lovely.

I liked everything about this place!

It was an exceptional place to stay. A huge room and bathroom, and beautiful grounds to wander around. And very dog friendly too. The room decor was stunning. We felt like we were royalty! The breakfast of cereal and fruit in my room suited me well and made for a very relaxing start to the day. It was very kind of the host to make a dairy free cake for me and very much appreciated. It was on a quiet road with doggie walks along the Mortimer Way straight from the door.

    Nothing, we loved it all.

Beautiful Vicarage, nice big room overlooking the garden. Very quite and tranquil. Bed was super comfy and the ultimate roll top bath topped it off. The homemade apple cake was delicious and we had in our room lovely little paper card and rose as it was our first wedding anniversary. Beautiful touch which was much appreciated. We had a delicious meal in The Stagg Inn which was literally 5minute walk away, made with some delicious local produce. Would definitely recommend

The Old Vicarage is stunning. The room was large and beautifully appointed with everything you would need. Nicola and Steve are wonderful hosts. Nicola thoughtfully emailed us a great list of things to do in the area and intuitively delivered things to our room that she thought we might need to make our stay more enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful and we had a lovely time enjoying the croquet that Steve set up for us. There are lovely walks from the gate of the property and the local pub is great.
