This accommodation is in a beautiful area with stunning views. The room, facilities and breakfast which was served in our room were excellent.

The separate (but exclusive) bathroom wasn’t ideal but perfectly adequate and I think came with the (larger?) double room. Not really a complaint, just an observation.

One of the nicest B&B's I have ever stayed in, couldn't fault anything. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need and the views were stunning (whatever the weather!). The breakfast, served in your room at a table with a view over the sea, was the best I have had in a long time. The host was lovely and couldn't do enough for you, would definitely stay there again.

Emma was very obliging with an earlier breakfast for us than she usually supplies. The view from our breakfast table was really lovely looking over the river.

Beautiful property, decor was lovely. Had everything you could want in the room. Cosy shared lounge. Emma had the fire lit for us when we arrived which was wonderful after the cold wet day we’d had! Couldn’t ask for more.

Didn’t get to stay long enough!

Superb accommodation. We took the twin room en suite. Emma, the host, was delightful. Took the trouble to check in with us in the morning before our arrival. Easy to find with clear instructions. Emma provided a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated and Emma has thought of everything. Breakfast was superb, delivered to the room bang on time. Lovely guest lounge downstairs with a wee dram available. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The area is lovely. Recommend the Badachro Inn for evening dinner. Visit the superb Gairloch Museum.

Stylishly decorated, cosy property with fantastic views of the sea from the bedroom, set in a beautiful garden. Was our favourite accommodation during our holiday in Scotland. Emma was a great host and made the most delicious breakfast! Hope to stay again one day.

What a wonderful B&B! Beautiful location. Lovely decor throughout with a lovely en suite bathroom. Emma was a charming hostess and made us feel very welcome. We had wonderful breakfasts in our room each day. A delicious menu and very high quality produce. Really good value for money. The Old School House was a highlight of our NC500 trip and we would definitely like to visit again.

Emma and Rob have created a very welcoming and well organised B&B. The room was great, we stayed in the one with the separate bathroom, but it's really no issue at all as it's just across the hall. It all feels very private. The breakfast was fantastic and a really extensive selection (catering to all dietary requirements). The view was lovely from the room and it was very cosy and warm. Excellent all round!
