We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A great location and really big room, with lovely hosts. There was freshly-made bread each morning and lots of options. We also really liked the view across the garden and out over the fields.

Lisa and Paddy were wonderful hosts and made us feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable with stunning views, and tea and coffee with fresh milk was provided. There was a very good choice of breakfast options. It was a perfect overnight stay before getting the ferry. Thank you very much!

It was very homely and the staff are personable and friendly. The room was great and we had access to the outside garden. We were mostly happy with everything.

Bed space was massive, room was cozy with an amazing view and the pillows were amazing! My child loved the stripy bed sheets in the kids bed. Paddy and Lisa were great hosts, gave brilliant recommendations on what we could do and eat on the island that would be good for our 3 year old, breakfast was good too and a good variety of options

Lovely room, very quiet with a terrace directly outside the rooms patio doors. It was a nice morning so we ate breakfast there with the company of the owners two well behaved dogs. The continental breakfast was good and the owners had baked fresh bread (very nice touch!) The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Altogether very easy-going, relaxed and comfortable stay. We stayed just one night as we were catching a morning ferry from Holyhead. This was an easy 20 -25 minute drive.

United KingdomThe Old Rectory is 30 mins drive from Anglesey Racing Circuit. This is hardly a hardship under the circumstances and the scenery quite pleasant.
Paddy and Lisa made me feel very welcome. I booked the room very late in the day (I was camping at Anglesey Racing Circuit and my tent was damaged by strong winds). My hosts allowed me to cook my tinned camp food in their kitchen - pretty much did it for me whilst I unpacked. I enjoyed a great nights sleep both nights.

The warm welcome Paddy and Lisa went well over and above to help us as our car had broken down Paddy picked up a take away for us arranged for a speedy repair on our car sothat we caught our ferry and even drove me to the garage to collect the car they could not have done more for us you don’t get service like that these days

The place is a beautiful oasis of calm located outside of Amlwch. Lisa and Paddy, the hosts, were welcoming and friendly so we felt right at home immediately. Our room was massive and had patio doors that opened up into the garden which was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious with an extensive choice for a continental option.

United KingdomEverything was almost perfect, really knit picking but the shower and bathroom was on a different floor to my room. This didn’t affect me though so not really a downside. The bathroom was very clean and spacious.
Hoss very very friendly from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. The room was gorgeous which exceeded anything I may have expected for such a good price. Had a lovely few days spent here.
