The bed wasn’t comfortable for me but husband didn’t have a problem. It needs a deeper fitted bottom sheet as it wouldn’t stay on because of the mattress topper.

It had everything we needed. It was clean and the location was convenient for restaurants just down the road. A designated parking space is always a bonus. Tea bags and a fancy coffee machine are provided but we couldn’t fathom the machine & had brought instant coffee with us. Vojon Indian restaurant down the road opposite was really good.

It was a bit tricky at first to get the heating on and warm up the room and some appliances (the oven, the fridge, tap/shower, tv remote) are a bit outdated.

Nice location, clean, very comfy and big bed. They also provided some lovely surprise snacks and board games.

The location was not ideal. Being a lone traveller I felt there could be a little more security. Front door was left open a couple of times and the tiny door chain didn't fill me with confidence. Noisy traffic starting early in the morning. Thank goodness for earplugs!

The flat was lovely. Little snacks left on the table were appreciated. It was clean and there were more than adequate facilities.

Nowhere to put your clothes, the toilet was dirty and the signal on the TV was piss poor.

Bed was really comfy and large. I liked the nice coffee machine. There were ample towels and kitchen was well stocked.

After I parked my car on an unnamed road which is the rear door of this building, I feel I went into somewhere still under construction when I travel through the rear door. It's dark, narrow, and shabby. I will never forget this 10 meters from the car park to the ground floor.

The room is spacious, equipped with almost everything you need for a night. The holder is helpful, she told me the WIFI password has changed and prepared some sugar and drinks in advance.

Only issue we had was with the back door being locked but that wasn't the renter's fault. We couldn't get Netflix.

We liked the little extra touches. Some snacks and drinks were left and coffee pods. The bed was really comfy and the flat was of a good standard. Good communication from the renter when we had questions.

Curtains are inadequate for the night; they shut out almost no light at all, and it's an urban area so quite bright. Curtains were the only bad thing about the stay

The parking was a nightmare. The apartment came with an allocated parking space, but on three separate occasions, I found myself either blocked in by cars parking behind me or returning to the property to find other people parked there. This left me having to call the host while waiting in the car for people to move these cars.

The property was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very well priced, with shops just a few minutes walk and a short drive to mumbles.

Host was brusque and unhelpful, leaving us stood outside for 40 minutes on arrival, when we were unable to access the property due to an automated email not having been sent. There were burns on the carpet and old sweets on the floor, plus the extractor fan in the bathroom is horribly clogged with dust.

Comfortable bed and a convenient location. The snacks were appreciated.

The double bed was two singles pushed together and so I struggled to sleep due to the lump in the middle of the bed. The property was clean except for the tv remote which seemed to have debris and so weird sweat droplets on the buttons. The bathroom needs some TLC, the toilet roll holder was broken but still in the wall, and there were plastic trims behind the toilet by the toilet rolls that fell off when you touched them.

All the amenities you would need for a short stay, lovely little extras, like the welcome basket and coffee machine. Very responsive, communicative and seemingly friendly host.

Chocolate flake and personal private hair on beddings Talked to manager or landlord, she told us she checked the bedding afternoon, and assured us the bedding was clean. She lastly told us we can do what we like. I had nothing to say. We just travelled here for one night and wished to avoid troubles. But the manager or landlord ruined our journey.

Great snack and tango However we moved to the Holiday inn express at 11pm coz the manager or landlord refused to clean the bedding for us.
