As the host has no control of who books, I cannot fault them- some of the other guests very loud, rowdy and inconsiderate. As it did not happen just one night but on a few nights, the lack of sound proofing between the rooms is a definite low point.

Beautiful garden area on the site of an Old Mill. Fantastic bar/restaurant a short walk away.

Shower leaked and wasn’t very controllable with regards to pressure and temperature. Tea & coffee making facilities…..No tray meaning drinks had to be made on a nice wooden surface ….we used kitchen roll to protect surface to ensure our £150 deposit was secure. Kettle did not fit under the sink tap so had to be filled with water one cup at a time. Tea,coffee and milk supplies not replenished on day two but no fridge to store purchased milk. Only half a toilet roll provided.

Got a package saying they would be wine waiting in the room and as it was mine and my husbands wedding anniversary we was looking forward to this when we got there is wasn't in the room called the reception and they told me it was no longer available as of a week ago, we didn't get notified of this before arrival so we ended up having to buy a bottle of wine at the pub which was the only place available and in walking distance as we got dropped off so me and my husband could both have a drink which ended up being expensive

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Liked the self check in. Room was light airy, clean. The welcome gifts where a nice touch. The hot tub was fab.

Didn't have breakfast, room carpet needs a clean, and unfortunately we had noisy neighbours, bed was very comfortable, the location for our family was good.

Door was hard to open. The curtain rail came off the edge when closing the curtains. Neighbours were loud!

The fire escape light came on at 12.30 am for about 40 minutes it was quite bright. The people in the next room played music from 7pm to well after midnight. The walls are quite thin. The heating seemed to stay on all night. The shower leaked a bit at the base.

Lovely location. Room was really nice and clean and smelled lovely on arrival. Good facilities. Easy to find.

Would have liked to have had the option of having breakfast there. The one mattress was significantly nicer than the other.

The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The curtains, bedding and furniture were all beautiful. We were so happy on entering to find such a high standard of accommodation.

Not much that didn’t like, only minor details could of enhanced our stay - Could of done with small breakfast bar or similar with stools to eat, we had ordered in due to no catering on site, pillows were really hard, ended up with sore ears from lying on them. But as I say - very minor details

Great location, room was lovely and spotless, hot tub lovely and up to temperature, housekeeping were around when we arrived (did arrive early due to mid judging time) and they were so friendly and helpful.

The heating wasn’t working, and it got really cold during the night. Spoke to the owners and the young girl did try and fix it but it couldn’t but we said it’s fine we will manage for the night. She was so apologetic and said she would give part refund with it, but we were later offered 15% off next stay, which we politely declined as this was a complete one off that we didn’t have the children.

Perfect place, beautiful room, lovely hot tub. We were there for our anniversary/ Valentine’s Day.

No outside lights, there was fairy lights but they didn’t work, it was very dark while in the hot tub we had to put the flash on on our phone to see each other

No external lights so arriving in darkness difficult and a little hazardous. No staff on site. Eventually found key pinned to mill door. No advice as to where to put key on leaving so left it in the room door.

Beautiful building. Nice room. Simple clean. Good location for my needs. Will go back.
