Location and value for money were great, would recommend. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy, worked well for the 4 of us to stay for the night, when couldn't find the keys, communication was quick and easy.

Very little to be honest.

The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Location wise, it was spot on. Close to the twin centre and the railway station. The level of service from the staff was excellent and responsive.

There was nothing major that was an issue. Only two fairly insignificant items; the first is that it was not possible to stop the kitchen tap from dripping, which probably is not as important in Britain as it is in Australia. The second is that there was almost no toilet paper supplied.

The apartment is beautiful and nicely appointed. It is really close to the train station and the town so very convenient. It was easy to gain entrance and the owner always answered questions promptly.

Too many codes to get in made it like getting out of an escape toom! No immediate parking when there is a near empty car park directly opposite. Would seriously suggest seeing if guests from the Old Library could grab another 4 digit code to open the gates on the car park.

Parking was a challenge but that’s more the fault of the council with complicated rules in different bays. Overnight parking was a fair walk away which could be an issue for some. Property also located almost adjacent to main A339 which has constant traffic, which in turn is very noisy, thankfully there was a stand up fan as windows being open wasn’t an option with the traffic noise. Tv upgrade to a smart tv so not stuck with basic would be a good option.

Check in instructions concise and easy to follow. Sufficient space, property was as described, clean & had everything you’d expect. Was central to different work locations for me, Abingdon & Winchester, which is why I chose it. Centrally located to go for a walk around the town.

Mix up with keysafe codes, the day was saved by the cleaners. Washing machine broken which wasn't a problem, however it had obviously leaked and there was a damp smell in the apartment. Can be difficult to park.

Well situated apartment, opposite a large supermarket. Easy walk into town. Everything you'd need for a few days away. Second time I'd stopped.

What I liked was the location, very close to the train station. Very cosy little apartment. I really liked the kitchen part & nice sofa with cushions & a throw blanket. I would definitely come back!

We thought we were getting apartment 4 as this was confirmed in my booking email, along with a photo of that flat. We stayed there last year and loved the full length lounge windows and access to the roof terrace if needed. I had an email the evening before we left to travel giving me the codes for the front door and key box code so wrote these down. When we arrived at The Old Library, we tried to access the key with the code and it didn't work. It was then I realised, after reading the email again, (the one sent just before we travelled )that we had been allocated apartment 3. I phoned the owner as I feel it is very misleading to receive emails saying that we have booked apartment 4 and then being allocated a slightly inferior flat. He said that they had to advertise a generic apartment ie flat 4 but it could be any one of the apartments that the Company own that could be allocated. I feel that this should be made more clear when booking. Flat 3 was clean and comfortable but had small, higher windows so less light. No tea towels, no washing up liquid in kitchen. We are unsure if all the apartments are charged at the same rate and if flat 3 and 4 are the same rate?

We were going to Newbury Races on Saturday 14th May so this was an ideal location to stay with about a 15 minute walk to Newbury Racecourse. There are also many restaurants in town and a beautiful canal walk

The shower was not fit for purpose as the hose was broke and half of the water comes out of the side. No pillows were left for the sofa bed. No tea towels. Apart from the bathroom, the mirrors were only useful if you were tall. It was generally clean, apart from when you pulled out the sofa bed !

The location was very good, in the heart of Newbury. Ten minutes from the racecourse.

No sign on the entrance so we walked up and down the street looking for The Old Library, worried that we’d never find it and that we were in the wrong place. Tried codes in all nearby buildings until one worked. Very stressful, especially when tired at the end of a hard days cycling. We needed two beds so used sofa bed which was very uncomfortable.

It was lovely and modern, very clean. value not to bad for 3days, perfect location with all amenities near. i would stay here again and recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect, and the whole place was spotless, but the only thing was that the towels were a bit damp and musty, so I dried using spare clothes.
