Decor needs a refresh. Getting in and out of the car park is tricky during rush hour

Parking in the small courtyard is quite tricky and the road noise outside could be disturbing - better windows would be good. The poached egg I had for breakfast was hard and I couldn't eat it. I did quite enjoy my stay there though.

In a good position near to Witney town centre - the room was small but comfortable and had a small bathroom with an electric shower.

Sadly the rooms are in need of some TLC and the bathroom needed a good clean as there was some mould growing on the shower head and in some of the grout.

The food was absolutely amazing! The staff were all really polite, friendly and helpful which was really nice.

I was really looking forward to the Cooked Breakfast & was sure they offered an Irish Breakfast along with an English breakfast but it was just the English & it was quite poor,no real taste to any it it, bland & the bacon was limp, mushrooms out of a can I’d say,it wasn’t worth what we paid,not good value for money, trying to get across the road was hard work but there is parking spaces but limited.

The staff were friendly & the rooms very clean & comfortable even though it was dated.

Bathrooms were scruffy in all 4 rooms I stayed in, with a lack of hooks to hang things on, loose, broken or missing towel rails, lights, basin plugs or trim, stained silicon and grout in certain spots. Water pressure was great in some rooms and poor in others. They all really need refurbing.

Friendly cheerful and helpful staff, warm clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds in a charming and quirky historic character building, delicious food in the restaurant, convenient location in the middle of town, free on site parking is a bit crowded sometimes.

Not enough tea and coffee in room 3 sachets / tea bags for a couple means only one cup of tea /coffee each not enough sugar also

Room was outdated and lots of things need attention - there was damp on some of the walls, wobbly taps and lots of things filled in by caulk. Beds were very firm. Could do with a general update to the room but overall it was fine for 1 night.

Good location for staying in the middle of Witney. Staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good and was very quick with cooked options, a few cereals and coffees. Parking on site although it is a bit limited. Overall good value for the price, especially as the room rate included breakfast, and was fine for my needs stopping over for 1 night for a wedding nearby.

The room decor is a little basic with some areas requiring a little further attention and refinement

The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant was very convenient and we the food was very good. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The room was great value for money particularly with breakfast included.

The room we had was a double twin, as was sharing with my son. Who at 6'2" barely fit in the room as it had very low ceilings. It was also right next to the kitchen which meant we could hear the fans while the restaurant was open. Also the smell of the cooking pervaded the room. The bathroom felt cold and because it was all white showed up areas of mould in the tile grout in the shower and surrounding area. The bedroom carpet at the entrance was very dirty, not a good look as soon as you open the door.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have been better. The bedding was spotlessly clean and in good condition as we're the towels. The choice at breakfast (included in the cost) was impressive and was all very tasty 😋

The plumbing needs updating, in that tap was loose and cistern didn't fill every time, but the shower was efficient My main concern was the noise from generator or fan throughout the night so I got very little sleep I couldn't find anyone to report to until the morning but as soon as I did report it, the young man solicited and turned the chiller fans off and the room was silent

The plumbing was a bit noisy, but it is an old building but probably can't be helped. The room was warm, as it was a hot day, but you can open the windows to let air in.

I needed a place in Witney to stay as I was going to a wedding. The Old Court Hotel was centrally located in the village, comfortable, clean and really good value for money.
