Pillows- there was only one pillow per sleeping spot! These were also very soft and a couple of our group said they hadn’t slept comfortably. Maybe have two per bed spot? Top floor shower - not very powerful compared to one in main bathroom. Top floor shower - door and lock… we struggled to close the door, maybe needs a handle for ease of sliding it. Lock not easy….. one of our party got locked in on the first evening, so we didn’t use the lock after this - we think this lock may be faulty? ( But we really loved our stay, so this is not a complaint, just comments we really hope you’ll find helpful)

Showers were a little temperamental!

We liked the entire property. We had the same white goods at home so no problems there! Comfortable beds and sofas etc. Plenty of towels and nice crisp bed linen. Plenty of plates, cutlery etc.

There really is nothing that we disliked about the property.

The home presented extremely well (decor/furniture/layout), was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. In fact, I would say that it is one of the best properties that we have ever stayed in.

The property was lovely, spacious. spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It is also perfectly located too, very close to the seafront and Town but very quiet too. Parking at the property also a bonus

Being very picky but some indoor hanging space to dry wet suits and swimming stuff.

Location was great for both the beach and the town. The house was full of character and it was spacious and bright and great for a couple of families to share. Within five minutes you could be in town, at the beach or on the coastal path, yet it was such a quiet street to stay on.

Nothing really not to like, however if I were being picky, the parking was a little tight for the second car.

We stayed as a group of friends, with a dog, and absolutely loved this house. It was beautiful and bright, with a positive vibe and lots of lovely art work. There was plenty of seating inside and out, a bbq and the kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils, and with 3 bathrooms, all clean and bright. Great location for town and coast path, and for exploring beautiful North Norfolk.

What a beautiful house and it had absolutely everything you could think of that you would need. The photos don't do it justice. Fantastic location. We had one tiny issue which was literally resolved in a couple of hours when it wasn't remotely urgent.

Beautiful house, great facilities and easy communication with Lisa the host. Fantastic location, close to shops and beach. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Comfy beds and plenty of room for a group of friends to relax. Would recommend this property and will definitely book again.

The only 1 thing we would of liked would have been curtains/blinds up the front window, mainly for privacy in the evenings.

Seems churlish to criticise when we enjoyed it so much. Just two points: The off road parking is narrow for larger cars. (Street parking is easy) We would have preferred to have curtains on the front windows.

So many things to like. We have rented homes in the UK and abroad over many years. The Haven is the best appointed home we have stayed in. Plenty of room for a family group. The location is excellent, a short walk to Sheringham’s facilities and the coast. Key collection arrangements were straightforward. We had little need to contact the owners but the couple of pre-visit questions were answered promptly.

I cannot think of anything negative to say about The Offshore Haven.

Of the many places I have stayed in the UK, the Offshore Haven is one of the best. The house is just lovely and has just been renovated to a very high standard. The attention to detail is 2nd to none and Lisa and Steve were great hosts. We all had a wonderful week

Nothing to dislike

Fantastic beautiful home, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and so comfortable. The location is perfect for the beach & shops. Thank you Lisa for every thing, will definitely be back. Also for a great meal in a dog friendly pub try The two life boats, fabulous place.

We had trouble with the showers - down stairs the water was just aired, the middle floor turned hot and cold; top floor was a weak flow and was difficult to adjust without it going very cold or hot. Bathroom door locks were a little stiff to use - maybe could do with a little WD40? Front door key seemed a little bulky to fit in key hole - maybe trim down the ring on the barrel so it fits better? Also, more mugs/ cups and every day glasses would be better - especially for large groups Finally - a hair-dryer would be useful
