We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOn day two of the stay whilst in the car park enjoying a casual smoke I was approached very hastily by a male who was walking towards me if a very fast manor who seemed to be followed by another male who was pointing his camera phone towards me and a car in the car park and shouting "CAN I HELP, YOUR IN THE CAR PARK". When I questioned the male as to who he actually was, he remarked cheekily, I OWN THIS PLACE. They person behind him Directed his camera towards.me and the car, when I pointed out I was a paying customer and the car they are filming is mine, they seemed to have been taken back by this and muttered something to themselves and walked off without a word of an opology or thanking me for our stay or custom. I have now advised work colleagues to source alternative accommodation for our 18 stro g staff and would wany anyone to experience what I did, rudness and total unprofessionalism.
Pleasant location, excellent bar a d reception staff staff, very courteous, shame about so called management or owner, we wont be staying here again. See below.

United KingdomDust and cobwebs in the bedroom, the heated towel rail didn’t work and the plug hole in the shower was partially blocked by hair. Evening bar staff were excellent, but the food service was very slow. Indifferent service at breakfast, lukewarm food and some options needed refilling.

United KingdomBathroom door handle was hanging off so couldn't shut the door. We were next to reception which was very noisy at times, particularly at 5 30 am when someone went to work and had a loud conversation with the receptionist.
Beautiful grounds. Easy check in. Ample space in room and lovely big car park.

United KingdomThe bathroom was not very clean and we had a random pillow case on the bathroom floor. There was also a smell in the bathroom, but everything seemed to be working.
Lovely staff and the bar was conveniently situated inside the main premises. Food was not available after 9pm but they do have vending machines. The surrounding area is beautiful in summer.

United KingdomWe had room 3, this was a noisy room to be in, this did spoil our first night but next day spoke to reception who were very helpful and sorted out a solution. The only other thing was the room was quite dusty and decoration was not as nice as the main hotel
Overall, hotel was more than expected. Very nice location, they had activities running due to the Bank Holiday. The room was a good size. The breakfast was great value, service was great, staff were very helpful. Evening meals and service great. Bar area and restaurant are nicely decorated.

United KingdomNoise, creaking floorboards of guests in rooms above. Shower didn't drain away and overflowed onto bathroom floor!! Guest bar shut at 11pm couldn't even get a coffee. Messy floor in reception. When my wife was trying to inform reception about shower on checking out was talked over to person behind ~ so just walked away, not happy. Next time in Henley in Arden will be looking for somewhere else to stay
