I don't think it helps to write negative things, the cost of the room was quite low, so I was just expecting somewhere to sleep for a night out. The room was adequate, and fairly clean. The staff were lovely. Plenty of coffee for the morning! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. I will definitely come back.

It was within a reasonable walking distance to The Patriot Rock Club in Crumlin (about 22 minutes). And I was able to hold the booking months before the music event. The price of the room was good.

We were upset that the bar had to close early every night, would have liked to have been advised of this

Location was exactly what we wanted, room was very ok, exceptionally clean and beautiful size room, staff in bar were lovely. We were very disappointed that the bar closed at 8pm, the nature of our journey ment we were back at around 8pm and was very much looking forward to having a few drinks. We did manage just to get a couple of drinks that we were Able to have in our room but it wasn’t the same. We would have liked more teabags and coffee and loo rolls put into our room daily but no one appeared to top them up.

The en suite layout wasn't user friendly with doors orientation making entry and exit difficult.

We had a family room which was located at the top of the hotel. The ceilings were very low, which is sort of to be expected, but you had to be very careful walking round the room. The bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't work very well. There was one mirror in the room which was ok for us but the fact it was a family room.,could be a little awkward. The hotel is very dated and could do with a little modernising. We paid £65 for one night stay, and that didn't even include breakfast, which I think is a little disappointing. But there are not any other hotels nearby so I suppose that's why they charge what they do.

It was convenient for the Patriot and we managed to park for free in the station just a few minutes walk away, although there is street parking too. Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable. A great view of the mountains from the window.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes intermittent on the top floor.

Extremely friendly and kind staff who were approachable and eager to please. My room, no.1, was very warm & cosy. I was able to leave my bags for a couple of hours after checking out to enable me to walk to say goodbye to my family who live nearby.

No staff on site after 8.00pm, door to room fairly insecure, no restaurant facilities when we were there. We also could not locate any car park as advertised but there is good on street parking.

Good facilities, everything worked as expected. Photos were an accurate representation of the apartment we rented.

Parts of the hotel looked 'tired' and parts of it needed repairing - door panel broken and loosely hanging light Large bags of linen ? in the Lounge area and breakfast room. Bathroom was small.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was a pleasing environment. The location was ideal and close to the event we were going to. The bed linen and room was clean.

I was in the family room. The velux window blind was broken so didn’t fully pull down - in don’t actually even this it was the right size for the window. There is no mirror in the bathroom, no spare toilet rolls. There is no parking so you will need to park on street - plenty of options and free. I would suggest getting a full length mirror for the main room and a small one for bathroom. Bed not very comfy - buying a mattress topper would help this issue!

Very friendly staff. Room was clean

Facilities in the room were not up to the mark. The shower was just functional, and the height could not be adjusted. The TV remote did not work properly. The couch in the room was dusty.
