You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The toilet was clean and new. There was a fan provided which helped a lot when it's hot. They have 2 pillows per bed which was nice.

United KingdomThe hotel decor is a little tired, the floor boards in our room were incredibly squeaky, and the outside of the hotel wasn’t particularly appealing, paths needed weeding.
The hotel was warm, clean & tidy, we were able to park in the onsite car park, reception was welcoming and helpful. Nice bar area in the conservatory.

Brilliant location for an evening at Scarborough Spa and to explore the seafront. You can choose to take the meandering pathways down the cliff or use the cliff tram if you have mobility issues. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was great, lots of choice and a well run operation. Excellent location an straight down the cliff lift to the Spa Theatre.

Near to a nice walk on cliff tops. Car parking on site at a rate of six pounds per night or on street parking at 2 pounds per night.

United KingdomThe hotel is in a great location. Parking is available but spaces are limited and non reserved. Breakfast is good as was the bar food we ordered, all freshly cooked. We did have a problem with the bed on the first night, it was in our opinion in desperate need of at least a new mattress as springs and bed base could be felt resulting in aches and pains everywhere. After speaking to the receptionist the following morning a different room was allocated which was a great improvement and much appreciated, thank you.

lovely breakfast. excellent location for quietness , accessibility ,nearby gardens and sea views. A fair walk into the town and the resort so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues due to steep climb! The entertainment was great and a huge bonus after a long day out and a steep walk ! Eating out options nearby are limited and food stopped serving early for us
