The only problem we had was that the sign outside our window kept us up the first night as it squeaked whenever it moved but this couldn’t be helped as it was a windy night

Such an amazing place to stay! You can tell it’s recently been renovated and our room and bathroom were absolutely stunning! Breakfast was delicious and every single staff member was super friendly and helpful!

Really nothing at all. It was raining and misty so we didn't get to make full use of the lovely beer garden and it is on a road. However the rooms are quiet and the traffic did not pose a problem.

The staff were superb from the first minute until we left. Helpful, friendly and professional. If they didn't know the answer to one of our many questions, they found out. Also left a picnic breakfast for us as we were leaving at 7am. Really lovely people. Our room "the Hare" was spacious and comfortable with a free standing bath. Really relaxing. The restaurant was super. We ate from both the bar menu and the restaurant menu. Both were fabulous.

The inn is on a busy main road and the it’s a shame the bedrooms didn’t have secondary glazing.

Traffic noise. However... I read the reviews before hand so I knew , no ones fault! These roads being built next to such beautiful period buildings! Ear plugs supplied regardless! Slept like a log anyway!

The best night away ever, we booked last minute due to my husband being taken ill the week of his birthday, this was what was overly needed. The lady, blonde hair , who welcomed us in showed us to our room and was with us at breakfast service, is an asset to the company. Oh ... and get the breakfast!!!! AMAZING!!!!

Fantastic breakfast included both mornings, along with a very high quality standard meal in the evening at the restaurant. Friendly staff and the Hare room was very spacious and all we could ask for. Well located for exploring Herefordshire.

Fantastic stay at The New Inn! The staff are super friendly and helpful, excellent service. We ate there both nights, once in the bar and once in the restaurant. The food was absolutely awesome both nights and breakfast was great too. Comfortable, good sized rooms, and very clean. It was really hot at night due to the mad heatwave, but fans had been put in the room to try and help with this as much as possible. Highly recommend this small hotel, a real gem.

The only issue is that it is on a crossroads - the main road is quite a busy one. Anyone who needs complete quiet to sleep may have some problems, particularly if the bedroom window is left open.
