Room was a little small. No rooms on ground floor so had to go up a flight of stairs with pram but we managed. Did offer for us to leave pram in a secure room downstairs.

Great location. 5 minute walk from Central pier and the beach. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet hotel that is great for families as they don't allow stag and hen parties. Would definitely book again

Room too small for 3 people, it was difficult to move, bathroom too small, you had to sit on the toilet with your legs apart. The room lacks a small chest of drawers for things and a coat rack. The kitchen lacks a fridge, cutlery, plates.

Great location, great cleanliness, comfortable beds, soft bedding, super fresh.

Paid £30 for parking and there was no space for us when we arrived. Called the number for tony and waited for call back as messaged stated. That call back never came (still waiting 4 days later). Luckily we managed to get on to property after waiting for another resident to come out and pull off. Room was not clean,urine on toilet seat,wrappers and crisps on floor in bathroom. No hand towel,had to ask for another towel as only 2 small bath towels left for our 3 day stay.tiny shower,that's quite hard to control temperature. No hot water on day we left so it was cold showers al round! The lady on site does her best but is only there at certain days and times in a morning. I would only recommend this accommodation for a one or 2 night stay max as other than the bed and location,it's not at all up to scratch. But ok for the price paid.

Loved the bed,one of the comfiest we've slept on. Location is great,close to centre for bars and attractions. Far away enough from night life to get a good night's sleep

Towels were a little stained from fake tan, asked for more but I had no reply from the contact number so had to make do. Corridors smelt of fresh paint so I assume freshly painted, but inside rooms smelt somewhat smoky/like cannabis despite being clean… has someone previously smoked in the room and they’ve been unable to shift the smell?

Nicely decorated, location okay for the town, little bit of a walk away but I don’t mind that and knew when I booked. Cleaner than lots of places in Blackpool, and quality of furnishings is good, very good mattress. Bathroom compact but clean. TV a good with Netflix but no Aerial connected so no actual TV.

The beds! Omg we all had the best sleep. Honestly 10/10 for beds so comfortable and pillows. Everywhere was so clean, felt really fresh and new.

The room was filthy, it took 5 minutes to clean so obviously a proper job wasn't done. We didn't see any staff, we didn't get any breakfast because we didn't know about it and the carpark payment wasn't available online. The stairs were very steep and we were on the top floor. It was further from the town centre and promenade than was described on the website. Nothing was as described.

The bed was comfy.

Mira shower in room 3 wasn't easy to adjust and the central heating radiator had a mind of it's own! Maintenance guy responded inside 5 minutes so we got our showers in the morning Happily! Happily recompensed by the free parking we received.

For the money, we could not find fault! I had stayed there 2 years ago and it's just improved so happy to return to it and recommend it to others! If Booking.com say it's full it's still worth asking the manager by phone call who was excellent with us when we needed to stay another night. We had 2 rooms for 3 of us and will be back next month 100%

1) We arrived a little after 2pm (check in time) but our rooms were not ready, wasn’t a huge inconvenience as we only planned to drop our bags off and go back out 2) The shower, it took way too long to get it to a temperature where I wasn’t being burnt or freezing. 3) The towels had stains on but luckily I had brought my own 4) Would have preferred to have tea/coffee facilities in the room
