In room 4, my friends couldn't get a shower as the shower would not drain, same with the toilet. We rang the emergency phone and they offered us a room that was around a 15 min walk away from the hotel but as it was really late at night we didn't accept it but were told we would have free breakfast in that hotel, however the code for the breakfast was never sent, which was quite disappointing.

We loved the place, the rooms were amazing, we had a problem with the parking, and Jessie was exceptional at sorting it out for us and giving us a good stay

A lot of banging early on morning not sure where it was coming from. A few plates and cutlery could be left in kitchen area if someone fancied a takeaway. Bathroom very small and toilet very noisy when flushed.

Bed exceptionally comfortable and bedding and room very clean. Within walking distance of central attractions like Tower and Central Pier. Parking outside of Hotel.

There are no staff in the building which i didn''t realise & would have preferred. On arrival we couldn't get our car in the space although when i rang to say this the off site receptionist turned up and sorted it out. Then the code didn't work to get into the room & again when i rang the man who i think was called Mitch sorted it out. The shower water was very hot & wouldn't turn down so needs checked. I couldn't let anyone know as you can only ring in certain hours. No sanitary bin in bathroom. A mirror in bedroom would be good. No where to hang clothes or coats just drawers.

The location is good & it was clean and comfortable. The kids had a seperate room to us and the beds were comfortable. The tea/ coffee room was nice.

Enjoyed my stay with my 8 year old daughter it was very clean and nicely decorated as soon as you walked through the door you could smell bleach the room was so clean and comfertable there was a tea/coffee room too which was good will book again next time thankyou

No kettle / tea / coffee making facilities in the room And no heating

I left early ( same day as check in ) as they didn't have any facilities in the room to make my babies bottles and being on the top floor wasn't ideal running up and down making bottles and also my room ( 7 ) didn't seem to have any heating on and it was cold ( said was on a timer ) but by 7/730pm it was still cold 🥶 The rooms where lovely and clean, the house keeper was friendly and helpful

Bathroom was compact - an average height adult has to sit slightly awkwardly on the loo! Toilet was also very noisy when flushing but not a huge deal.

Good location just a few minutes walk from Central Pier and the Tower. Bedroom was clean and pleasant. Car Parking space was easy to access. Didn't see a single member of staff, but communication was good and didn't have any issues.

Not too much of a bother as we brought both. But bring ear plugs and eye masks if you're light sleepers as thin walls and used to blackout curtains 😊

Myself and my little girl came to stay for the night and was so pleasantly surprised with just how nice our room was, so clean and fresh, smelt beautiful, the bed was the comfiest I've slept in, we had Netflix which was a brilliant added bonus. We will definitely be back thankyou for our lovely stay 😊

Our toilet seat was broken, not that it bothered us, we just took it off and sat it on floor.

The room was clean and spotless, room was quite small but didn't affect our stay. Bed was comfy. I liked the way they have self check in, was so easy to use. Will certainly stay here again in the future.
