We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was modern, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfy. There was a nice selection of teas and coffees and a kettle. Parking was easy and free for hotel users.

An eatery/bar was on site for food and drink and the cafe opposite the accommodation was available for breakfast in the morning. The bed was a little firm for our liking but that is purely personal preference.

This is a lovely bare bones hotel - it's nice and quiet at night and busy with tourists during the day with the lift up the mountain right next door. The rooms were spacious and. some great views.

United KingdomStaff were a little basic, we arrived at 6pm and they were reluctant to give us space in the restaurant but then luckily did. We had driven 11hours to be there so really just needed to eat. No conversation, seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Lovely clean modern room with good shower and nice quality toiletries. Good quality coffee. Gondola next to it that would take you up mountain at a cost. Felt secure as no access to lifts or rooms unless key card. Car parking free for guests. Plenty of walking trails

United KingdomNot sure if I liked the TV set up it took a long time to find something to watch because you had to screen cast from your phone. And it wouldn't work with all the different channels (channel 4 on demand for example) Also we did have to ask for more tea/coffee. As we were staying two nights we would have expected them to replace for the second night. However when we asked at the reception it was no trouble and they did fetch for us straight away.
Liked the layout of the room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean
