The location is nice but couldn’t see Ben Nevis and our window was to the car park so very loud when we opened it but too hot in the room if we didn’t. Room was good, clean and had all we needed. Breakfast served was good, lots of choices, shame it’s served in boxes.

The bed wasn't the biggest or the most comfortable and there was no air con or ventilation, just a fan. This was fine but the weather was mild so if it was much warmer it wouldn't have been very comfortable

The staff were friendly, there was free WiFi, the room was clean and the bathroom was modern and functional.

Need drive a section of mountain road to reach the hotel, which could be challening in the evening. Although it is not really considered an issue since we drive, I would expect a slightly lower price given the location and no breakfast provided.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with modern facilities. Although the hotel did not provide breakfast, there is a coffee shop next to the hotel, which provides good breakfast and coffee. And the view outside the hotel is amzing (not from room window). Walk out the hotel and can then see the snow-covered mountain top.

I've stayed in Fort William a few times, and this was easily the best combination of value for money and nice accommodation. Just a few metres from the Nevis Range gondola and Pine Marten restaurant, it's ideal for anyone wanting to bike, ski, or hike, and the outdoor tables and chairs are lovely if you get good weather. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was nicely decorated. It was great to see the sustainability as well - glasses in the bathroom, rather than plastic disposable cups, and gorgeous Highland Soap Company soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Good quality hair dryer and a really nice shower. Will be staying again for sure.

The pay per view TV was limited, but not a deal breaker.

The location is ideal for people visiting the mountain sports etc and as a stop off passing through. The welcome and accommodation was excellent and the room has everything required; clean, comfortable, good facilities, warm and cosy. The onsite bar and cafe for breakfast is also a bonus which was very friendly and good quality.

There are no facilities for evening food on some days of the week. The nearest food is 7 miles away. This is a major problem! We drove into town and had a lovely meal at The Highland Cinema.

It's a nice modern functional hotel with easy parking and good walking and running on the doorstep. There is a nice cafe for breakfast.
