The room is a chalet out by the carpark. But that meant it was further from the road and quiet, so it was fine.

Very well equipped room, decent size, nice bathroom. Everything seemed new. Best value stay I've had for a while.

The room was excellent and attractive. Very well appointed with all needs catered for. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had just disembarked the ferry at Portsmouth and the property was easy to find. The restaurant was very good for the evening meal and breakfast. Well recommended. Good value.

The fan in the bathroom stayed on all the time, would possibly disturb a light sleeper. Fire alarm went off at around 7am, I followed the instructions on the back of the door to the meeting point but no staff members came out, and the alarm went off after a few minutes but there was no communication on the fact it was a false alarm until I asked when checking out

Loved the fact that you didn’t have to go through the pub to get to rooms, and it was nice to have a small table and chairs outside the room too. Fridge in the room and I was given fresh milk for tea/coffee. Food was good in the bar, plenty of choice, breakfast was also good with a small continental option followed by a choice of hot dishes.

Having to locate someone and ask for our check, every time we were in the pub.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. We ate a late lunch/dinner and breakfast at the pub, as well as a late dinner drink and dessert. The food was good and reasonably priced. The only negative was the difficulty getting our check to pay for meals. Once we were eating and checked on once, we were pretty much left alone. Small thing, that.

The bathroom sink was a bit too high. The bedside lamps looked expensive but took up quite a bit of room.

Our bed was very big & comfortable. We found the room clean and well stocked with a small bottle of milk, biscuits & hot drink sachets.

The Sunday menu was reduced considerably and the service rushed. The food was nice but not spectacular.

Perfect location for visiting nearby Hamble. Warm welcome and lovely courtyard just for residents where we enjoyed a drink in the sun. Great value for money! Fabulous breakfast!

The rooms are perfect for an overnight stay. The bed is very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities are provided in the room, with hot chocolate and biscuits as an additional bonus. Everything feels new and clean. Parking is right outside the room so we didn’t have to carry bags far. The en suite shower is good and all the toiletries are provided. This is the second time we have stayed here and I wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

Every thing was perfect

Really nice location right next to the marina! Really friendly staff :-) showed me where room was ect… I didn’t have food there as I chose to have a take away later after a few beers at the bar ! But a looked at the menu and will deffo be back with family to have food there it smelt so good ! My room was loverly and had everything I needed Evan a little fridge with fresh milk I’ll deffo be back !

Large rooms. Good food. Amazing breakfast. Welcome staff very friendly and helpful rest of staff just as good. Free car park. Plenty of Amenities in the room.
