There was nothing that we really disliked . Minor point is that our room was on the lower floor and whilst I am sure the windows do partly open for ventilation , at only 5ft I couldn’t reach the catch 😂 so could get too warm whenever we get a summer .

Really lovely hotel . The staff were so welcoming and attentive to your needs . Palm Court Bar is beautiful. We ate both from the bar food menu and The Seaforth Restaurant. Both were very good as was the service . Rooms are very nice . Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location too for all attractions . We will definitely be back .

It was probably top 10 fanciest hotels I've ever been to, with the soundest staff, for the price of a chain hotel. Like legitimately had a wow factor, which by definition you don't say often. It was miles better than what I actually needed it for, which was just a place to get my head down. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

A little better signage required for the lift as we ended up walking around and missed them a couple of times, Thanx to one of the cleaning staff for a direction.

The bar was really nice and the bar staff were so attentive. Really knew what they were talking about in terms of recommendations to a cocktail. The rooms are really comfortable with huge ceilings. It is in a great location within a 7 minute walk to Lime Street station. The staff were really nice and very helpful

The food in the restaurant for evening meal was ok but left a lot to be desired, the staff however were impeccable! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had though so can’t fault it for that! The TV in the room would not connect to chrome-cast in order to watch Netflix etc but did have basic Freeview, I did not seek assistance as realistically not a problem for me so could probably have been fixed if brought to their attention!

Fabulous hotel, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spotless, the bed was so comfortable! For a large hotel there was no noise at all and it was a busy Friday night! The staff were honestly wonderful, so attentive and made the stay as good as it could be! The building is beautiful and feels luxurious, it’s a very comfortable place to be and makes you not want to leave!

Gorgeous hotel right in the centre of Liverpool - the bar area was exceptional, so beautiful. Staff at reception so friendly and walked us to the lift through the bar and offered to carry bags etc. Parking validated for a cheaper rate etc. Cannot wait to stay again and try the spa.

The cost of access to pool/spa for residents was quite exceptionally high. We didn't end up going as it was closed on first day for maintenance. Second day it would have been open 8-10 am for £30/person....but outside this time £50/person.

The building was absolutely beautiful and the staff exceptionally helpful and professional.
