I am nit-picking here- again. I could not find the corkscrew at first and when I did had to spend time finding out how it worked. Then the Microwave-brilliant, all singing, all dancing, but needing a training manual.

Breakfast not supplied. The location was convenient for most Cornish activities. Slight problem with visibility when turning in from road. Hosts are looking at a mirror.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only one thing we would have liked was more hanging rails for the towels in the bathroom. The towels were lovely but there wasn't enough room to hang them.

Location was very convenient for Padstow - straight down the road and 9 minutes away. Plenty of parking space. Cottage had been very nicely renovated with good quality fitments.

Really, I am only nit-picking, and again from the viewpoint of an aged couple. My wife found the loo-roll too far from the throne. When washing up we needed a drying rack and a hook for the dishcloths. You should supply a few more instructions eg. the location of Tesco's, a petrol station, how to use the Microwave etc. We knew about the stairs and managed but would a second rail be an impossibility?

We did not have breakfast, the location was very convenient. The furnishing and decoration were comfortable and tasteful. I am 91, my wife 84 and we booked very late as my wife had been ill and until the day we left were never sure if we could get away at all, and had little idea of what we were getting. I must say we were delighted.

Very comfortable with everything you needed for a relaxing break away. The properties are set out well and are in easy reach of Padstow and surrounding areas.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Large bedrooms with comfy lounge and big kitchen. Walking around the farm, the renovations are noticeably well done! Location is close to Padstow, with easy access to Truro, Port Isaac, St Ives, coastal routes for the beaches (Trevone), and many other villages. Owners were very helpful and accommodating! We enjoyed being there and are already planning to return.

Can't actually think of anything we didn't like about this, clean, beautifully decorated and couldn't get a better location for driving into town.

This property was amazing it was absolutely perfect we have stayed in many places and I think this is definitely in the top three. We have four kids and there was so much room, it was great to have bathrooms in every room as there was no arguments. We would recommend this property to anybody looking and it's only a five minute drive from Padstow.

we stayed in the Nook which is a lovely little cottage feel one bedroom property with a good size kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of cooking equipment, kettle, cafetière with free coffee, tea bags etc. The lounge/diner was an ample size with a good size Tv, 2 seater sofa, dining room table and chairs for two. The bathroom was a good size with a bath with jets, a separate shower etc. There is a cute outside seating are on a tiled patio area externally. The location of Bogee farm is a 10minute car journey outside of Padstow giving a lovely tranquil farm setting. The larger properties available for hire look great and the pet goats are very cute!! all in all a good alternative to a Padstow hotel stay with helpful hosts who answered any questions during the booking process along with check in and during our stay questions in a very timely and helpful fashion.

On arrival the property was in excellent condition and very clean. Stayed for a week and couldn’t find any fault at all. My daughter loved visiting the goats, sheep and cows every morning. Loads of outdoor space for her to run around in what felt like an extremely safe, quite and tranquil location.

The initial reaction on first entering the farm is the number of large rather ugly buildings around however this impression is soon dispelled on entering the houses. I understand there are ongoing works to update and expand the offerings.

We rented all three houses on Bogee Farm to accommodate our family of 12. They were all excellent, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The properties are on a working farm with sheep and goats for the children to get to know. The Manor sleeps 6 in three spacious bedrooms, each en suite with a TV. The Mill sleeps 4 and the Nooke 2, both equally well equipped.

The listing on booking.com advertised the unit having a tumble dryer, but it didn't actually have one. We booked for a 5 night stay thinking we would be able to wash and dry our clothes, but although there was a washing machine, there was no tumble dryer. The bathroom radiator didn't work, so no heating or towel drying in there. Actual bedside tables instead of small wine boxes would have been good and I would also suggest bigger towels as the ones provided were very small. Also they were doing construction work on another unit next door to the one we were staying in while we were there. One morning we were awoken at just after 8am by a contractor banging and hammering. I understand we stayed in the quiet season, but if you're doing construction work next door to where we are sleeping, maybe wait til after 10am before the workers start banging and crashing. Or put a warning in your listing that there is construction work going on.

The unit was clean and modern and was pretty cozy and comfy. Located on a working farm about 10 minute drive out of Padstow. Bath tub and shower were good.
