Fire door outside the room beeped all night Shower was very small, kept hitting arms on the sides. The opening to get into the shower was a little restrictive(tight squeeze). Breakfast scrambled eggs left us feeling nauseous 🤢

The fact that I asked for a room close to the lift as the gentleman I was escorting has mobility issues. When we turned up we were told the lift was broken. There was no compensation offered

The property had stains every single inch of the carpet, which made the room feel dirty. They didn’t even really look like they had been attempted to be cleaned, and they were literally EVERYWHERE. the bathroom and shower were extremely cramped and small, I think if you were anywhere above the average weight you would generally struggle to get inside the shower as it was a lot smaller than normal ones, I’m a petit short woman and even I was lacking of room in there. there wasn’t any decorative items like pillows or lamps in the room which made it feel less cosy than a normal hotel room, and there wasn’t a towel in my room only a hand towel and bath Matt. Never the less I still feel like for a “budget” style hotel I got what I paid for. The room was affordable so even with the above being said I could really expect more considering what I paid.

I liked the fact that it was good value for money, the staff were extremely friendly and helped me with my luggage as there was no lift in the property. The bed in my superiors room was MASSIVE which was a massive pro for me! the room which I had was spacious.

The lift was broken. The room overlooked broken pipes leaking into a flat roof. Despite asking for a room with a nice view and receiving email stating all their rooms overlooked the street! The shower was so ridiculously tiny. The hairdryer did not work. The breakfast was very poor, poor selection and all very low cost quality. Bread thin and stale, yogurt not kept cold. Bruised brown bananas. Tiny stale muffins. Cold baked beans. Awful noise in the dining room. Bar area Sparse with only a couple of tables, in a huge room.Obviously refurbished on a shoestring, and whole hotel completed. Bins sitting in car park, very insightly.

It was clean, that’s about it

Unfortunately the rooms & hotel are very dated. The lift was broken & we were put on the third floor when it seemed the hotel was empty. The Bar was closed. The rooms are very basic for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast had obviously been sat there for a few hours as it was cold. And to top it off, someone's car had been broken into in the car park.

Location is great near the beach, approx. 10 minute walk from the hotel. Price was reasonable for a saturday night. Nice Location in a nice part of Bournemouth, quiet and would be good for families or friends.

DO NOT STAY WARNING - This "accomodation" is a fraud. The Hotel is carrying a "Raddison" label for whatever reason. The hotel is broken inside and outside. Seems to have not undergone any maintenance or love since the 90s. Everything is left to fall apart. Photos on the web are photoshopped, place looks nothing like that. Would not stay there if night was 25€ per night.

The lonely guy at the counter is friendly at least.

A good hotel but stay spoiled by nuisance incident not properly managed by

We travelled with young children and were looking forward to a quiet night’ sleep. Around 12:30 and 1:30 in the night we all woke up hearing loud shouting and swearing noises. At 2:30 am, there was a big noise two doors away ( but felt next door) was trying to break down the rooms door and force inside. There was a woman inside the room, who must have been terrified as the man was swearing and threatening loudly. The hotel staff only intervened after 20 mins and seemed to have taken the man outside for the third time. At 4:00 am the man must have got some tools or hammer to break the door and almost broke the door. I was quite worried about my children and was going to call the police. The hotel staff then called the police and I could hear police arresting the man. This completely spoiled the stay. The hotel staff while friendly and nice were just not able to manage this situation until it was a disaster. In the morning, I could see the damage to the door and all the rubble lying on the floor which meant a lot of force was used and it must have spoiled everyone’s night due to this person.

Staff are friendly and caring. Location is great.

Fire alarm went off twice at 7am on a Sunday morning which was very unpleasant. I felt that the pictures of the exterior were a little misleading. I requested a room with two single beds which hadn’t been prepared and when I requested this to be rectified, the man on the desk didn’t believe me (when I had an email confirmation to prove it). The manager stepped in and was very kind but it was frustrating to have to explain the situation and be questioned on it, so I would say this wasn’t great customer service. No lifts and no one offered to help me with my bag on arrival so maybe not suitable for anyone with a disability.

Very clean and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful

Dangerous, unsafe, never to return again

We had a taxi on our first night outside our bedroom with its engine running and the driver talking loudly, swearing and on his phone for ages around midnight onwards. The second night was a disaster. Around midnight it all kicked off. A man in the corridor started kicking the door in to his room as his partner would not let him in. The night porter tried to calm him down, which he managed to do. The man threatened him saying he had explosives!!!!! Then around 3am it started again with a different man kicking the door on the other side room to the first over and over again trying to get into the room. The police eventually arrived and sorted it all out. My wife was petrified and we were very worried about our safety! We decided it was not a safe environment to stay in, so we showered and left the hotel at around 0430, very tired as both nights were spoilt. We then had to travel 190 miles home with a few stops to sleep as we could not keep our eyes open. The hotel contacted us and offered a free nights accommodation with a free room upgrade and breakfast. However, we would never stay at the hotel again and would probably not return to Bournemouth for quite some time. We therefore asked for a full refund of our 2 nights stay. They replied today saying they were unable to do this, why not? Please reply to us by return. Would you please investigate our concerns and arrange for a full refund to be made to us by the end of the week. The hotel trades under the Raddisson banner, We are sure this property is unable to meet their standards. Yours Martin & Diane Brown

Don’t even know where to start. 💷The room was inexpensive (there’s a reason for that I think) ✅Staff were friendly on arrival and sorted out our room quickly despite arriving early. 🅿️ The £10 charge for parking seemed cheeky ❌Lift doesn’t work So taking heavy luggage upstairs is a pain. Ok for us but no so much for other guests. ◼️Bar area is sparse with tables missing leaving huge swathes of space making it feel empty. Our Room was an odd set up with basin in room itself with a tiny shower/ toilet area with a door that won’t close. During the night was when the real fun started. Approx 1:30 there was screaming shouting and arguing with a “guest” trying to kick a hotel room door in while “drunk” This went on for 30 mins or so with staff going up to deal with it. Then at approx 4am a loud smash was heard of a window / mirror being shattered. We finally gave up (jet lagged from a long trip) and started to leave at 8am. When I spoke to the staff and they were apologetic as it seems they had a night of it dealing with this “guest” who after trying to climb in a window to get to two female guests on the first floor was eventually arrested. A nice gesture could have been to comp our £25 drinks tabs from the night before after a chaotic and nerve wracking night or even a coffee in the morning for the inconvenience but nothing was offered bit poor considering. The hotel is badly in need of renovation and improved security measures (you can access every floor without a key). Booked it due the Radisson name but it’s most definitely not a Radisson standard hotel. I’d avoid until they sort things out.
