Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The general manager was exceptional and went right out her way for us. Was an issue with some idiot smoking in one of the rooms but the night porter handled it very well considering he was on his own with over 40 people moaning and groaning at him as we had to evacuate due to fire alarm. Breakfast was substantial but missed some filtered coffee. Sorry i forgot your name but the GM is a proper asset to this hotel. She really shows the experience she has in hospitality.

United KingdomWhen I walked into the room, the temperature was set at 25.5 degrees, way too hot. I could hear everything going on above me and next to me, from coughing all night to conversation. It`s really bad, you really need to make it more sound proof. Breakfast was really not much to talk about. Not much variety on offer for breakfast.

United KingdomHeating is operated by electric radiator and when we switched on the plug it made a funny buzzing noise. Luckily it was warm enough in the room so didn't have to use it. Fire alarm went of in middle of the night. All residents evacuated but no staff member present. Only allowed back into the building when 1 resident rang the hotel doorbell to get attention and ask if everything was okay. Turns out the alarm set off by mistake due to night porter hoovering!!!! 10 minutes later it went off again.
Great location, within minutes to centre of town. Clean and tidy hotel although it needs a bit of decorating in areas. Sarah (General manager) was very helpful with any query or information required.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Perth Royal Infirmary which was useful as my husband was unexpectedly admitted while we were on holiday.
