The staff is amazing, they for sure made our stay exceptional! Super nice and welcoming people! The room was simple but comfortable and clean! I'd be back for sure! I recommend :( Btw, the kids area for us was a plus, our son loved it!

Bed linen & duvet clean, but stained. Food served to us at breakfast had been cooked in a burnt pan.

Reception staff were great- friendly, professional & approachable. Free parking. Large room with bath. Not far from Broxden for a stop off, if travelling onwards North/South. Okay value compared to surrounding area.

Bathroom was cold, no heating a heated towel rail or heater would be good. Breakfast although nice could have done with a bit more variety.

The hotel was dated and there were items in the room that didn’t really work properly but the room was clean and bed comfortable.

While the room was clean. The obvious air freshener boom that had been set off makes me think short cuts were taken. The towels had some stains that couldn't be washed. The shower was utterly pathetic. Breakfast was barely edible, rubberised scrambled egg cardboard bacon. Guessing that money was being saved there. Overall basic requirements met. It would be easy to improve just about anything.

The bed was very comfortable, memory foam mattress. Only downside was the obvious hollows in the mattress may need replacing. Staff were a mixture of characters that varied between a helpful bloke, sullen barman, underpaid student, overbearing mistress and alien front desk lady.

I found the tv a bit difficult to navigate..but I'm old and don't watch all the things available on it..or know how too! I'm sure most people would love it though.

The staff, especially Sarah and Sam, made my stay so warm and welcoming. The hotel is great value for money, in a great location and fully met my needs.

One room was a bit dusty, some fluff visible. Air freshener cleaning smell.

Friendly atmosphere car parking available. Restaurant gave food even though there was a function on.

Room was a bit on the warm side and the shower could do with being fixed as it only trickles hot water room 206 😂 but over all a very pleasant stay .

Breakfast. Also place generally looks a bit run down. Rooms are not great for sound isolation. Couple next door were very audible during sex.

Close proximity to PRI so I could visit my 85 year old father who was in the hospital following a fall he had in his apartment.

The hotel was unbelievably tatty. Paint peeling off walls and radiators. The bars felt quite rough, and that was the overall feel about the hotel.

Only downside was breakfast really, bacon solid, tattie scones a little overdone etc

For once, managed to pick/find a hotel that was our cup of tea so to speak. Had everything on site for a quiet night away. Friendly bar, pool table, excellent food, big room with big comfy bed and tv. Couldnt have asked for more, at a great price too. Hope to be back soon
