Parking is not easy, but once you get settled it’s the shower doesn’t have a full door so water leaks out.

Location to walk around Bath was fabulous. Kitchen/living room area was so well decorated and the view was beautiful.

The host was great and met us with the keys. The stay was super cute and in a great location. It was easy to get into the center but yet a bit off the path so it was very quiet. Super great location for a couple. Also loved she had coffee and sugar! That was a nice treat. Would definitely recommend.

Only the parking arrangements but this is true of most of Bath. We had to unload in an adjacent street and the car park was a bit of a walk and rather expensive.

Very good location. Near to the centre of the city yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Everything was top of the range and the whole house was very pretty and extremely comfortable. There was a nice view from the sitting room.

What a lovely place in a fantastic location. So near to everything, but just that one step away from too much noise! A beautifully decorated apartment that gave us the space and comfort we were looking for. It was immaculately clean, too.

It did take a little while to realise i had to pull down the cover first of the secure key stowage! Then access to the push buttons for the code was revealed.

Had some issues with the drainage in the bathroom, but after notifying the owner she came herself and resolved it quickly for us.

Property is in an excellent location, everything is a 10-15 min walk away. It’s decorated beautifully and the top floor gets a lot of natural light.

Everything! Location, design, quality, utility, comfort, toiletries, character and owner engagement. A really nice touch to find a bottle of wine and pint of milk in the fridge 😁. The Bath Park and Ride service stops about 200m from the property, so no city parking issues.

There was a fair amount of noise coming from a tequila place around the corner. You could hear it from the living room but weirdly not in the bedroom so it didn’t cause a problem for us.

The location was great, it was really central with a very short walk to the town centre. There was a really great cafe for breakfast right around the corner called Boston Tea Party. The house itself was really stylish and well designed, and very clean. It is clear that the owners take a lot of pride in the place. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, including really handy things like condiments, cooking oils, tea bags, washing up liquid etc - anything where is a pain to buy for just one cooking session!

We had no complaints but constructive feedback could be: not alot of wood provided for the stove - or instructions, and the WiFi wasn’t fantastic.

Superb location and styling. Felt very welcoming and homely. The heating was instantly responsive and easy to control, would have used the stove if it had been colder. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Terrific central location, yet on a very quiet little pedestrian street. Very cosy with the woodburner on in the living area on a cold winter evening. Really well equipped kitchen. Alison was a great host and really helpful.

only slight negative is that the parking zone allocated is a fair walk from the property but you can drop your luggage close and then move the car to the allocated parking.

very clean and modern. all amenities you would possibly require are supplied. perfect location for shopping in bath. literally just a 2 minute walk to the major shopping streets. Alison was very helpful.

There was a glitch in the booking.com system which meant that I was unable to message the owner directly to clarify key arrangements. Each time that I tried to message her, I ended up getting put through to another property that I have booked via booking.com which was very frustrating.
