We arrived at 8.30pm ish, and the location was a bit difficult to find in the dark (even with headtorches!) - maybe some clearer directions would be good (map?) - found much more easily in the daytime!

Beautiful property and location, right next to pub, brewery and vineyard, approx 30min walk into town. Property was immaculate and well equipped thank you for a lovely stay.

It rained all night so was noisy with the velux windows which also had no blinds so we were woken early.

The Loft is tucked away down a lane but near enough to Brockenhurst. Nice, quiet location with a parking space right outside

good parking area next to property, loft apartment was large & had all cooking & washing facilities. Separate bedroom, shower/toilet & open plan lounge/kitchen. Fulfilled all our needs. thanks.

Unfortunately the road noise but I am used to the quiet normally so maybe would not bother others. I used ear plugs at night.. WiFi was slow and not able to log in to netflix or prime on the TV but hey it was not a big issue. Would definitely go back despite the negatives.

Location fantastic for the new Forest and all amenities. Quirky accomodation in a loft above a barn. The owners were really good at communicating and let us in after 2pm. Lovely walks from the accomodation.

The kitchen bin hadn't been emptied. I didn't check the location properly, thought I'd be able to walk into Brockenhurst center as not too far, however it meant walking along a busy road with no path. Without the dog I would have been happy to do this but didn't feel safe to do it with my dog. There is plenty of parking in the centre had I of wanted to drive back in though.

Lovely decor and very comfortable. It's dog friendly with a lovely bridle track down the road, great pub within walking distance. Own entrance and key was left in the door so very easy check in.

The location was perfect for us we are keen cyclist. There was entry of room for all our gear a great hall. There was also a safe space for pur bikes. It was so handy having the pub so close !!

Very neat little property and had everything you would need even for a longer stay Situated right behind a pub was ideal . Pub is very nice and food lovely . Very dog friendly too. Walking into brokenhurst- you wouldn’t want to walk the main road but there is a back lane detour which is quite nice and very safe to walk . and runs from the pig brewery just down the road .

Our only criticism is that the Wi fi was poor. We chose accommodation with Wi-Fi but couldn’t use our phones to search local information etc and couldn’t use streaming services on our laptops. Booster from main house wasn’t really effective.

As it’s a loft it does have sloping roofs and it is surprising how many times I managed to bang my head when picking up something from the side of the room. Also the Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss, though I think that was probably due to the weather as it was raining quite heavily for some of our stay.

The Loft is a lovely property, ideally situated to explore the New Forest. It is comfortable, warm and has everything you need to make it a home from home. The property has a little garden, a parking area which could accommodate two cars and is very close to a delightful pub. Also within walking distance is a nature reserve which would be a lovely place to walk a dog.
