You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe brought a dog with us but I didn't find anything on the booking site for a charge for the dog so we had to pay £10 extra which wasn't the end of the world.
The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were polite, and breakfast was really good plenty of selection.

United KingdomMaybe a little dated decor and quite a small room but this didn`t stop it being a comfortable, clean accommodation. The restaurant was full and service very slow but when the food arrived it was of a good quality.
The location was very suitable for our journey. Easy to find and good amount of parking. Although close to main roads it was quiet when inside the property. Restaurant on site. Comfortable and clean.

Great stop over on way north to Inverness. Comfy family room, restaurant on site (great breakfast included, lovely home-cooked dinner the night before) and very attentive staff made our one-night stopover smooth and hassle free.

We loved the friendliness of the staff. They were superb. Food choice and quality was very good. Good value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and a welcome glass of sherry in the room was unexpected. Very nice touch

United KingdomNo covered area outside for people to sit under, it rained the whole time I was there and being someone who vapes, it was an issue.
Lovely breakfast, super staff and a homely vibe, animals are allowed too. I slept so well, the bed was very comfortable, lovely linen, fluffy towels, food was good as well. Lots of parking available and nice views of the sheep in the fields. I really enjoyed my stay.
