My toilet was not functioning properly overnight.

Very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was good and staff were very friendly. The weather was quite warm and they provided a desk fan which was appreciated.

It is in a lovely quiet and peaceful spot in the grounds of Perth racecourse. Modern clean room. Nice bar, and fish and chips on the food offering was excellent. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning too. No complaints at all.

The WiFi was poor and given I’m here due to work this was disappointing, given what I paid. Had I known I might not have stated, as WiFi connection is very important.

Towels were missing from our room which I didn’t realise until in the shower, thankfully had my own. Also milk and spoons were missing from the tea and coffee tray. All reported to reception, apologies and replacements were offered.

Booked because there wasn’t a charge for dogs, however it looks like this is changing so best to check. Location was convenient for passing through. Room better quality than a travelodge but similar price. Given a voucher by reception for a local pub that served hot breakfast which was excellent.

The restaurant could do with more variety. Breakfast was continental but limited. Dinner was lovely too but had ran out of fish and steak. Could do with more variety.

There wasn't anything that we didn't particularly like, it's a very nice hotel!

First time in the area, despite being from Scotland, and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had all of the basics that were required for a two night stay. It was also perfectly quiet at night which was nice for a good rest after exploring the local areas. There was also free WiFi which was pleasant, as the signal in the area (with it being a bit more remote) struggled to stay connected, but ultimately the hotel was a place to rest and sleep so this wasn't a deal breaker!

Not having the twin beds ready when we arrived, the sink was loose and the window lock alarm was broken.

Adam was very helpful when we arrived at 1.30am and when we had to change to a twin, which we had booked, from a double. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Its our second visit and it won't be our last

We arrived on last day of a race meeting and parking was almost impossible. The staff were very welcoming which helped a lot, but the hotel had very little food choice after 3 busy days. I guess the hotel management needs to plan better for guests who arrive separately from racing people. Internet signal not very good and out tv picture (smart tv) kept breaking up

Unless you are going out to eat, don't book for race days as there is a limited menu.

Location was beautiful, out of the way and quiet. Staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. Plenty of car parking.

Breakfast poor - tepid coffee and only white sliced bread for toast - no wholemeal. They did explain that they had not had a chef for some time but that one was starting work with them the following day so breakfast may improve in future.

Very quiet, comfortable. Restaurant was not open but they recommended a very good local restaurant with 15% off for guests.

Not having the options of food in the evening, but the discount for the restaurant in town was a good compromise.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Elaine looked after us at breakfast. She was just the best.

Would have been nice to be informed prior to stay that kitchen was closed so no restaraunt or cooked breakfasts. To be fair we were directed to a nice place to eat in Scone, with discount as we were at the Lodge.

No TV as the construction company working nearby had cut through the line.

Absolutely exceptional customer service, particularly Cameron. We arrived 2 hours late thanks to a delayed flight and motorway closures. We couldn't find the entrance to the hotel due to roadworks and it was pitch dark. Cameron came and found us! He then made us toasties as we hadn't eaten for 12 hours. What a star! Tracii at breakfast was also friendly and helpful.
