We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere were a few hooks on the walls without any pictures hung on them and unfortunately the lift smelt of wee (!) but nothing that couldn't be easily corrected and overall we loved our stay.
Absolutely stunning view from our bedroom window overlooking the beach and the clock tower. Incredibly friendly staff. This will be our go to hotel in Weymouth from now on.

Friendly staff. Superb location. 3 min walk from the station. Amazing view out to the beach. Lovely breakfast. Waiting service which was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Even a little fridge, a fan and toiletries. Huge shower. And comfortable beds.

United KingdomIt was a bit noisy outside, especially in the early hours of the morning which woke us up but it was a Saturday night and that is no fault of the hotel, we are light sleepers and should of brought earplugs with us.
Location was perfect with a lovely view of the sea, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good value for money and very tasty, shower was lovely and warm.

United KingdomNo parking on site, toilet seat needed replacing as it had wear marks on the seat, there was no mirror above the basin making a wet shave difficult, mould and grim on the silicone in the shower, one curtain rail needed changing as it was very hard to close one of the curtains and no lighting at the entrance so at night you had to come into the hotel in darkness.
The location was perfect, opposite the beach, the staff were friendly, the room was a good size with good views of the sea.
