Booking.com stated free parking which indeed there is but it is a fair walk away - not convenient if you are not very mobile. However local paid parking is available and there is plenty of space for loading and unloading outside the building

Great location, very convenient to main visitor attractions. Local area has many bars and eateries of all kinds. Would certainly use again and staff informed me that they also have dog friendly accommodation to offer in Harrogate as well.

Bathroom was a bit too warm with the under floor heating.

Very comfy bed. Great layout. Roomy lounge and bathroom. Great facilities. Ideal for entertaining and for visiting the sights of Harrogate.

We were in the ‘basement’ (Duchy A) which was very dark, not much natural sunlight. Also the neighbours upstairs were very noisy. It sounded like a family of elephants were running around up there at times.

Excellent location and great value for money. Loads of space, comfortable furniture and nice clean linen and towels.

Our room was on the ground floor at the back of the building. We stayed over the weekend and were woken on Saturday by the refuse collectors emptying bins at 6am and having a very loud conversation. We were woken again at 5am on Sunday by people going home, slightly worse for wear. Not the hotels fault at all but we would consider a different room in the future.

Lovely apartment. Nice, clean and modern in an excellent location, central to some lovely bars and restaurants.

Ventilation in the bathroom was a bit poor so gave off a bit of a damp smell.

Very centrally located. Very spacious and clean apartment which made a very comfortable stay. Kitchenette and fridge which made storing food and making breakfasts very easy. Free parking located approximately 10 minute walk away from the apartment.

Although the apartments are in a good location unfortunately Parking isn't on site and was 0.4 miles away (10 min walk) which isn't to bad if the weather is ok but in poor weather 😒 Also some of the lighting wasn't working in one of the bedrooms and the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken . Our stay was only for one night so the above issues were managable

Centrally located studio apartment offering so much more than a standard hotel room. Very clean and well equipped, check - in was simple and the bed was comfortable, the room quiet. I would unequivocally stay here again.

My one issue really was not to have a pint of milk in the fridge upon arrival. I was ready for a cup of tea after the journey but had to go out and drive to the nearest shop to buy it. Also a small freezer section within the fridge would be great .. as I do like ice in my drinks on a sunny day.

The location was excellent, the building on duchy road is very impressive and specifically liked our apt being at the back of the property overlooking the garden with a lovely outside patio.

The free parking is a little too far, but given parking is a premium in Harrogate, it was appreciated . There is no window apart from the bedroom.

Kitchen high cupboard when it lifts up it doesn’t stay up so could be dangerous if you are tall! Bedroom window is either closed or wide open would be nice to have it open slightly but not a major issue.

This was our 3 visit in 12 months, perfect location for the city restaurants, bars and shops. We have stayed in apartment 1 twice perfectly clean and comfy ideal for a short stay.

Everything, Always stay here when we visit Harrogate. Modern, clean and beautiful location.

No parking or too far to walk with luggage. Too expensive for early check in and couldn’t leave you luggage with reception so had few trips back to the car. Based on this alone we probably wouldn’t return. The duvet in the bed was too thick for this time of year. Non of us slept well as we were too hot or too cold. Bedroom 7 was described as second floor but from the main entrance it’s 3 flights of stairs.

Superb luxury apartment with lovely little outdoor terrace, great for relaxing and catching up with friends before a gentle walk 10min into Harrogate.
