    Nothing to fault really

Room had nice decor and was very clean. Was also ready a bit early for us to check in. Bed was very comfortable and there was a nice selection of amenities available (various teas, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bottled water, ear plugs and cotton buds.) We ate dinner and breakfast here and enjoyed both meals, staff were all lovely and welcoming too.

Menu choice was difficult. Although food very good, more vegetables with dinners would have been preferable and garnish with the starters

Love the location. Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely helpful and made us and our dog very welcome.

    Comfortable lounge and friendly staff.

The bedroom was comfortable but compact. My bedroom overlooked a flat roof with distant views of the countryside. Breakfast was a continental style breakfast and was adequate. A FULL ENGLISH COULD ONLY BE SERVED AFTER 9.00AM.which did not work for me because I had to leave early.

The bedroom was fairly small, with little room for bags. Breakfast was continental, but not much choice.

Nice area and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, etc., with a kettle for making a drink in the room. Very quiet hotel in a quiet area. Bathroom was spacious and the shower good.

The rooms could be serviced better, we had to ask for the hospitality tray to be topped up twice. It appears that the rooms aren’t checked daily as a matter of course

Really welcoming and friendly staff. Good choice of very well cooked and presented food. The pub is in a great location to visit the Norfolk coast and other local attractions

Our room was tight for dogs as well and seemed very airless and therefore a little claustrophobic.

Great deal of work goes on to keep the pub and grounds in the excellent shape we experienced. It was appreciated having been in the trade. The manager was excellent, helpful and polite. Food was excellent.
