Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room wasn't serviced between the two nights I stayed. Everything else, though, including the Host, Josie, was so nice that this wasn't a big issue for me.
Breakfast was extra and I didn't want or have it so can't comment on that, but the room was really lovely - not particularly big but perfectly adequate, tastefully furnished, clean and quiet, and the bed was firm and comfortable.

United KingdomThe only downfall was we found the bed uncomfortable. This is because the mattress was too soft for us. Nothing major only because we are used to a harder mattress. Nothing else to not like.
Like where it was situated. The hotel was very clean and well presented upon arrival. The host was lovely she introduced herself and gave us a warm welcome. We did not have breakfast as we had to leave early due to other commitments. Gutted as love a full English when away. We loved where our room was situated. Very private room number 10.

Another brilliant stay at the Kenley Hotel, stopped on multi occasions - Jose is a lovely host, nothing is too much trouble, she even upgraded me from a deluxe single room to a double at no extra cost - spotlessly clean, breakfast is a must, but as I'm not a big breakfast eater, I had cereal and yoghurt. The hotel is in a prime location, thanks Jose 😊

United KingdomCame with my friends for the weekend. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The host even let us have the room for a few extra hours with no extra charge as our coach was not leaving until the afternoon. Was peaceful and quiet with the tram stop a couple of minutes away. I would recommend without a doubt. We never had breakfast but smelt lovely. Will definitely stay again.

We have just had a lovely 2 night stay at The Kenley hotel. Josie was a lovely, friendly host, who wasn’t in your face, which is what we like. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a long time. We both had a great sleep. The location was excellent too, just off the main road and not far to either pier. Not much parking, but there never is really in Blackpool. We parked in Blackpool football club which is only about a 5 minute walk. Had a lovely stay. Thank you x
