You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property was a unique experience and as I travel a lot with work it is nice to stay somewhere a little different.

United KingdomBreakfast a bit of a let down, we didn't know what to expect. I didn't realise there are no cooking facilities (not even a microwave). I probably didn't read what the facilities were properly before i booked. It didn't spoil our stay though.
It was definitely a hidden gem. Very quirky, something of interest to look at in every corner. I couldn't get over the bar/kitchen area. Amazing! Bed was very comfortable and the place was immaculate. James was good at communicating with us.

The property is a stones throw from the beach which is what we wanted. It was very big, very chic and an amazing little place to get away. Very roomy. The roof terrace is a lovely little spot especially with the hammock. The owners were very attentive and answered any questions quickly. The bed is probably the comfiest I have ever stayed in. The little touches are lovely. I would highly recommend! Was very impressed with the place

This place is even better than it looks in the photos, has everything you need and more and is a perfect retreat after a busy day. It has so much character but is extremely well thought out and comfortable. Great roof terrace to enjoy your morning coffee.

It really is a hidden gem, makes you feel like you’re not even in England. This place is designed to detail and so beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. All appliances are working had no issues at all with our stay. Host was also very accommodating to all our needs. Also very close to the beach so the location is great.
