It is really a small room - like real small. The bed itself is nice and large but around that it’s a small room. Also, there is a kettle but only Nespresso powder. A real coffee maker would have made my day.

Modern clean room, very very quiet. V friendly staff! Super nice shower and bathroom in general. The price tag is ok given the location and top quality interior (except the coffee ;-)) see below)

The rooms are a small . The reception and dining hall is too small . We have got a different room from what we booked , but the hotel staff solved the issue the following day, and moved us to a different room , and compensate us with a late check out , and a partial refund for the night (10%) the rooms in the minus floors are windowless, so this thing should be mentioned in the booking clearly.

The staff at the hotel are the nicest most friendly and helpful staff. As far as my experience the staff will try their hardest to help and make your stay comfortable. The hotel is modern, and clean. The location is 10 minutes walk from Oxford Street.

The area is not for me. There were too many lights in the room, and finding the switches to turn them off was a bit of a task.

We took a red-eye from NY to London and had booked a flat through Booking.com, but the hot water heater was broken and communication was NOT good. We were very glad to get to this hotel and have a hot shower.

Price was reflective of high season - about 50GBP more than I would have paid for normally.

Late arrival 9:30 pm was not a probem (24 hour reception desk). Friendly, helpful staff. Location: 8 min walk from Edgeware Rd Underground (Train) station. Lots of shops nearby. Neighbourhood felt safe. Room on 1st floor was small (about 8 square meters), however it was designed nicely for 1 person. It had nice amenities. Bottled water upon arrival with 2 apples , 2 cookies and 2 chocolates. There was a refrigerator and a hot water cooker with packages to make tea or instant coffee. They held my suitcase in storage on my day of departure (Free of charge). It was a 15 min walk to Paddington Statiion to catch train to Heathrow Airport, so I walked.there was a bus 27 to Paddington but weather was nice enough.

Room cleanliness was disappointing. There was leftover food from the previous room occupant in the fridge and open toiletries left in the bathroom. Also the bathroom needed a thorough clean - dirt and hairs visible. I booked a 2 bed suite which was actually just 2 rooms with an adjoining door.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room decor was nice.

Staff tried to give us a basement room with no windows, added extra time to checking in because we had to come back and wait for the receptionist to ring someone to change our room. room we got in the end on 7th floor was small but fine. I had booked a King room, I wouldn’t want to have stayed in a double as any smaller would be pretty cramped.

A couple of times in the morning there was no running water on the 6th floor, but it always came back in 15-20 mins.

Water pressure is a bit too weak and wished we could turn off lights more independently. All staff were friendly except 1 white lady who was cold towards guests. Room is a bit tight if you have big luggage

Wifi was amazing. All staff were friendly except 1 Caucasian lady who was cold towards guests. Room was very clean and cleaners were thorough. Very thoughtful / provided drinking water, iron, ironing board, safe. Location was not too far from our usual spots in central London (we took Uber/taxi).
