Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe stayed for 3 nights at the Ivernia, the hosts were so lovely. We got to the hotel early and parked up on the road. My husband knocked on at the property on the off chance, to check if we could park the car on the carpark early, as luck would have it, the hosts said yes of course we could and told us our room was ready if we wanted to check in early. This was a bonus to us as our girls needed the toilet.. The hotel was lovely, very nicely decorated and clean inside. Our room was fresh and comfortable 😁.. we would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully be returning next year 😊.. thanku for a lovely stay..

Clean, modern and comfortable. Not too far from the beach and the staff were AMAZING. Breakfast was delicious and they cooked it to our taste. They even went out of their way to cook my daughter chicken nuggets for breakfast at her request! If you're thinking of staying here, do it! Hands down the best place to stay in the whole of Skegness.

United KingdomThe only thing to note is I didn't seem to be able to get any hot water on the 2nd morning of my stay. The shower just wouldn't heat up after it running for a good few minutes. I had been running it was a red hot day so not an issue for me at all. Perhaps it was just a case of the time I had a shower it was last minute before check out so it may have already been used up by others.
Location absolutely perfect for town center and that's what I wanted. The hotel and my room were spotless my room was a single one, the bed was comfortable there were tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer everything you need really. The owners were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Don't hesitate to book, I would certainly go back.

United KingdomWhen walking back for the pier once dark, the majority of street lights were mostly turned off so the walk down the residential street was a little uncomfortable but as a couple or group, you would be fine. Obviously not a criticism about the property itself!
The hosts were friendly and happy to chat. The room was clean and tidy. The tea and coffee were fully stocked for multiple drinks!! Lovely decor throughout and a tasty breakfast too!!
