Nothing. Nada. Nope. This was a great stay and we loved it. We walked down to the ocean each day which was just lovely.

Our stay at Kingsbarns was everything we hoped for and more. From the delicious breakfast, to the comfortable and well stocked room, we felt really cared for staying here. The intimacy of the Inn can't be beat. We were able to chat up guests and the owners or keep to ourselves, as we wished. All the food here was excellent. All the service was excellent. We left feeling like we had a very lovely Scottish experience that we will rave about for years. Harris, the Good Boy made our stay perfect!

An excellent breakfast. Several choices were available for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the lamb cooked in wine. The flower plantings around the property were very attractive.

Cosy accommodation close to St Andrews & nearby beach area. The staff were particularly welcoming (Annette) and the Inn provided exceptional breakfasts & home cooked nutritious meals in the evening. A cosy bar area to relax in at the end of the day and plenty of parking. We loved our 3 day stay & would highly recommend to other travelers.

The owners were so friendly, and offered us a lift to a wedding venue nearby in which we were attending. One of the best sleeps I have ever had, and the shower was incredible. Harris was also an absolute delight to see at breakfast time.

Very comfortable and homely. Lovely outdoor seating which we made sure of as it was great weather. Brilliant service. Went above and beyond for our stay by taking us to the wedding venue we were going to instead of getting a taxi.

Only a very minor point, in the room I had (room 6) it would be great if there were blackout curtains as the sun (yes sun in April) shone through from very early in the morning. It woke me but I still managed to get back off to sleep due to the comfy bed.

The location was ideal as playing golf at Kingsbarns which was less than a mile away. The staff are so friendly and more than willing to help you out or get you anything you need. The food was exceptional, ate both breakfast and evening meal.

I cannot find fault with this Hotel, it may lack the facilities of larger premises but more than makes up for it in the outstanding hospitality and food from the owners.

A very comfortable and welcoming small Hotel with well appointed rooms finished to a very high standard. The breakfast is cooked to order and one of the best I have had anywhere, likewise the evening meals are of a high standard and cooked to order. The Hotel is well situated in the pretty village of Kingsbarns and makes a good base for exploring St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife.

What’s not to like ! An amazing place to stay .. We had dinner and breakfast both nights and mornings and i ordered the same dish as it was absolutely delicious… I loved their beautiful golden retriever he definitely made our stay more special and felt like home ..

The food was first class great breakfast eggs perfect very good indeed and great location as we had a wedding nearby which the owner kindly drove us to, I’ve played the course but never explored the beach so it was great to do that as it’s a stunning coastline with lovely Sandy beaches.
