The only comment i have regarding cost. The price was a bit for evevery night.

The breakfast was very value for money. Rooms were pleasent. Staff were great. Great sea views location to the the beach was perfect. Grounds were in good condition

Grumpy older chap on reception when we arrived but other staff on reception and in the restaurant were welcoming and very pleasant.

You need a working lift to enter the hotel.the breakfasts were not very good the same selection every day and sometimes cold.the evening's meal's were brilliant and very good,but we enjoyed are stay very much with you.

The mattress was a bit lumpy.

The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and well furnished. We really liked the coffee machine. The balcony and view were great!

Decor is a little tired and would benefit with an update. We did not book for breakfast as previous experience it was very basic and there are some lovely places to eat nearby.

View, View, View - Location is excellent with good parking facilities. Staff are knowledgeable and polite and the addition of a small welcome pack in the room with some history of the hotel is a nice touch.

It's picky, I know, but I'm trying really hard to think of something: The scrambled eggs at breakfast didn't taste of anything. Not even eggs. That was a bit weird.

The staff were great, the location is perfect, the room was all clean and everything in it worked.

Shower had no power to it, and no hot water when we got up at 7 o’clock. Only warm water later at 7:30. Hotel itself needs a refurbishment. It’s a bit tired looking. But don’t let that put you off, it has a very friendly atmosphere with great staff.

Breakfast was very good, buffet style. Fried or boiled eggs on request, sausages, bacon, fried tomatoes, baked beans, cereals and fruit. Couldn’t complain. The staff were excellent and went that extra mile to be accommodating. Great location and a nice veranda and beer garden on the sea front.

Facilities to eat when you have a dog where not very cosy. But then, when traveling with a dog, you can't be choosy.

It is an old hotel with lots of character. We were welcomed by a super friendly man at the reception who was very helpfull. The room was exactly as advertised. Good value for money with a beautiful garden. Would book again.

Someone with mobility issues might have struggled to use the shower as it was combined with the bath, but we were happy with it. Bed was a little firm but we both slept well.

Brilliant location with lovely views to wake up to. Nice to have a little balcony, and the seating area in the garden outside the bar would have been a lovely place to spend time relaxing had it been better weather. Room was medium sized, bathroom quite small but it did have a bath with plenty of hot water. Nice breakfast served in a very grand room. Didn't have dinner as it was quite a limited menu but if it had been pouring with rain we might have stayed in.

Mattress was awful, partner and I felt like we were constantly rolling out of opposite sides of the bed.
