I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel with friends. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was a highlight – delicious and expertly prepared by an amazing chef. Highly recommended for a pleasant experience!

Bright and spotless premises ,Staff were pleasant helpful and seemed to enjoy their job Told us where the various walks were and gave us a guide to the surrounding area if we wished to drive but we found enough within walking distance to enjoy and even told us what time the rain was expected the next day Thank You for a very pleasant time

Very friendly welcome, very central, clean, bright, homely, loved the keys for the doors instead of swipe cards. Great character, colour scheme very calming. Great use of space. Lovely breakfast.

Loved the location. It was so close to be able to go see some amazing coastline and beaches. The room was amazing and the staff were great. Couldn't have been more helpful 😌

TV remote didn't work (which I passed on to the staff), but I managed to use the TV using the built-in buttons. On the second day there was a (live) earwig under one of my pillows. I can see how it could have got there through an open window I suppose. Thankfully I'm not squeamish! Would be nice to have more than one available plug in the room but I was happy enough.

Had a lovely breakfast and felt warmly welcomed by all of the staff. Room was cosy/small but modern and updated, with a comfy bed and the bare necessities. Great access within the town to shops. Was out late one night but could safely access the rooms via hotel key.

Breakfast was one of the best..I had eggs benedict and it was superb...such a comfortable bed..the staff I found most pleasant...could recommend whole heartedly..will definitely stay again ...

Would have been nice to have had a USB point in the bedroom other than than no issues.

We had a wonderful welcome. We was made to feel really relaxed and informed us about breakfast and we might be interested in. Tours around the coasts and even gave us a map for points of interest.

There was a fault with the hot water in our room which was remedied in the morning.

The breakfast was really good. The 'fry' was modern and non greasy. The evening meal was more traditional, the dessert was very good. The forest walk was enchanting with an abundence of wild flowers abd it was well signposted,

Some instructions on how to work the jacuzzi bath would of been useful, took ages to work out how to heat the water. Smart Light switches very hard to work, normal switches would be better.

Fantastic hidden little gem, room was spacious and immaculate. Staff extremely friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Jacuzzi bath was pure luxury, one of the best I've been in! Breakfast was cooked to perfection, will definitely be back.
