There was a building in construction next to the hotel. The good part was that we did not have problems with the noise because they started at 9:30am. The carpet was not really clean...

The bed was really comfortable. All the workers were extra nice. The location was great as you just had to walk 5 minutes to get to King's Cross Station.

There was a small stain on the duvet that I had, not sure what it was but it was a little bit off putting The bathroom walls were a tiny bit dirty as well and every time I went to use the tap, the entire thing would swivel when turning on the tap

The staff, incredibly helpful and kind, especially offering to give you a wake-up call if you're travelling early The room is mostly clean and well decorated, comfortable too

Exceptionally helpful reception staff at this convenient little hotel, a short walk from Kings Cross station. Small single room, very clean and comfortable. Trying to operate the shower was a voyage of discovery but got there in the end and it was very efficient and hot. Breakfast was available to my surprise but I didn't try it.

Very noisy through the night with noises from pipes in the walls. Pillows were flat and hard.

Staff were all very nice, room was nicely decorated and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a reasonable selection for the price and the toast was perfectly to my taste.

Was on the 1st floor, right above the road. Wasn't loud at night but glad I wasn't in the room during the day frankly. There is no lift, which wasn't an issue for me but there were people there with suitcases that had issues with the stairs.

Great location, walking distance from Euston / KC. Staff really friendly and welcoming on check in and out. Room is compact but well thought out use of space, bed is small but very comfortable and the shower is really nice (the two main things you really want in a hotel for a work stay. Under £100 is rare in London these days if you want an en-suite and a window and I both times I got this place for just under.

Very nice staff. I booked a last minute room for one and the room was very small but clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and a 5 min walk to Kings Cross. I would stay again for one night but maybe not for many days since the room for one is small.
