We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe king size bed was two singles pushed together, no drama for a couple of nights though, everything else made up for it. Would definitely stay again.
Staff and locals were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was outstanding, the whole place was beautifully clean and very wonderfully updated. Great shower!

United KingdomTea/ coffee facilities in the wardrobe, kettle had to be used on top of upturned basket to reach the only socket available in bedroom, a bit dangerous.
Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, informative and extremely friendly. Homely atmosphere. Wood stoves were lit in bar and dining room and evening meal was very good.

Room was very clean and comfortable with a decent TV with the ability to log into streaming services. We had a delicious meal in the evening and, due to us having to check out early, Tom took our breakfast order the night before so it would be ready when we came down for it. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our brief stay.

United KingdomThe room was small. No chairs to sit on. Facilities OK but not good for us. There's the Church bells which strike on the quarter all through the night. And noise from the bar. A choice of cereals at breakfast would be good. Good breakfast.
