The lock on the inside of the room didn’t feel very secure

Overall the bedroom was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the view was stunning . Breakfast (full fry up) was delicious

Position of plugs in the room none near bed in room 6. Hot water tap in sink not working. furniture need updating as very poor standard

superrrr loud live music carried on into the night, could literally here it from the other end of torquay. went for dinner next door instead bc it was so loud in the restaurant. staff were a bit low.

Lack of car parking spaces and our room was right above the bar. The decor was a bit dated.

Good location near to town and beach. Big room with a good view. Breakfast was excellent I really enjoyed the pancakes.

I found a member of the bar staff rude on my last 2 stays, same person which has been enough for me to seek an alternative hotel Other than the bed being small for a double the rest was good

I stay there quite a lot although may have a re think moving forward Sea views are great, breakfast good , clean, just a really nice place to stay

Noise factor from the bar downstairs very disturbing when trying to sleep at night!! The pub setup for hotel guests for meals is not what we expected,a bit disappointing.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was well used and had a big dent in the middle. Could feel the base of the bed. Worst bed and sleeping experience ever. Change your mattresses please 🙏

It has music pumping out till midnight on both nights we were there, not a good place to be if you are over 50.

Breakfast staff could be quite grumpy. It would be nice to be able to use the swimming pool etc without paying as it certainly wasn’t the cheapest hotel

Room rather dated and dull. No sockets by beds (altho was able to borrow an extension lead from reception)

Great breakfast included. 😋 Onsite bar and pool room with a friendly atmosphere. Swimming pool would have been great if open in the daytime.

on arrival disco on patio really loud people smoking canabis but finished at 21.00 regular thing on weekends .during week days a lot of work contractors stay in hotel did cause a bit of noise first thing in morning.

room was clean and a good size. food was really good can't fault the breakfast. staff were really friendly and helpful.

Sofa in room had a cut in it, there was a mis match of furniture and missing lightbulbs, the lamp beside the bed didn't work and the bed didn't seem like a double, but a small double and it was pushed up against the wall, which was a shame as the room was so big. Alot of workman and all parking there vans taking up parking spaces.

Amazing view, nice big room we had an upgrade, good breakfast with different choices however I didn't like the sausage, seemed tough.

We had four bedded room there was no bedside cabinet near bed by window my bed also a light would be good as no lighting in this area. There was only 3 hangers in wardrobe and no hooks at all ! The shower could do with some anti slip mat it’s a bit slippery and nowhere to hold on or handle.

Fabulous view from our room and restaurant and terrace. Good choice of breakfast very quick service.menu extensive but there is plenty of places to eat elsewhere. The music on terrace although a bit annoying did not go on past 11pm.
