Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo notification given when the kitchen will be closed for lunch and dinner. It can feel like hotel guests come second to the many events that the hotel holds like parties and occasions? We were squeezed into a alcove table for our evening meal instead of the normal conservatory that we usually sit in? Had a chap knock on my door one afternoon to do the Pat testing of appliances while I was resting. They should time it to when either change over of room is due or when guests are out? The lift doesn’t work. There is no heating in room for guests to use, a couple of evenings were very cold and NO way to warm it up? I went to bed with my teeth chattering. My past experiences have been better than this but sadly this time , it’s what I came across and was relevant to my stay. I felt a bit let down this time tbh. 🫤

United KingdomThe breakfast was disorganised, often no clean plates or glasses and whilst the cooked food was good it lacked choice for continental options. The pool had limited availability for guests and the access was via the bar so leaving with wet hair etc not pleasant. There wasn’t the facilities to get properly ready down there. The hotel has a busy pub attached so is noisy in the evenings. Some non resident customers were quite loud and obnoxious. Management should consider how people airing their views peppered with foul language is experienced by the guests.
Really good location, near to bars and restaurants and a sea view was appreciated. The room we were given was spacious and cleaned meticulously by Maria and the housekeeping team. The house cooked food we tried was of a good standard and the portions really generous.
