Beautiful pub close to wonderful restaurants and walking distance to bus stops and tube stations. Quiet and safe area. Wonderful host who are very accommodating. They stored our luggage when we arrived early and took our luggage to our rooms when the room was ready. The pub food is exceptional and with large portion’s. Everyone was friendly. We would 100% stay here again our next trip to London. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Not much. The stairs were very steep but it’s an old building so to be expected.

The rooms were lovely and the bed and pillows were comfy. Our room had a window that you could open with a view over the rooftops which was a bonus as we could get fresh air. The bathroom was good with a large shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful, carried out luggage up and down to our room. The meals in the pub were delicious and good drinks. Husband had the best hamburger of his life! It was a great location and we were able to walk to Portobello Road, Paddington Station and Kensington Palace and gardens. The buses were just across the road. Such a fabulous place!!!

Located in a vibrant road full of cafes, close to supermarkets and tube stations, a laundrette and to Portobello Road markets and Kensington Gardens. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and premises comfortable, clean and quiet. A haven to return to after a day of walking and exploring. The food and drinks were delicious and good value, and relaxed ambience inside the pub.

The location was perfect as Notting Hill is so charming! The pub itself is warm and inviting and the rooms were beautiful decorated and spotless! From the moment we arrived, Duarte and the entire staff were so warm and friendly.. we will definitely be back❤️

The stairs to access the rooms were precarious, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone with additional mobility requirements. The bed was also too soft, I think it may be at the point of needing replacing as it doesn't support a body for a restful sleep (room 2)

The room was beautiful and spacious. Brunch (weekends only) was quality and delicious. Staff very friendly. Adequate heating in the room.

This place was very quant and in an excellent area. Close to the train and lots of good options for food and drinks. The Hayden has a great restaurant and the staff was awesome. I can not say enough good things about our stay and our experience. I would definitely stay the next time we visit. You will not be disappointed.

There was one night where it sounded like they were replacing kegs downstairs so there was quite a bit of movement on the stairs which unfortunately did keep me awake for about an hour.

The room was very spacious - especially considering this area of London. The bathroom was clean and also spacious. It was super convenient to walk downstairs and enjoy the pub/restaurant.

Very cozy, stylish and clean room above a pub. Old British vibe. Wonderful bed, soft towels and dressing gowns, water and chips, tea and coffee in the room. Beautiful bathroom.

Everything but mostly the kindness and good service of the people there. The rooms are beautiful, the Location great, you can quickly go everywhere and if you want to eat in the Pub it is really good. If we will come ever back to London we will come to you. :)

Everything was great

Very friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late. The Hayden communicated clearly and the night porter let us in. We were even able to check out late and take the time we needed in the morning.

Charming, “Old World” pub with great accommodations. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Great restaurant - delicious food and great for casual dining. Excellent service!
